That was a beautiful Sunday and I always enjoy your videos when you walk around, travel by bike or explore on your nice golf car. Living here in New York at going through this semi boring winter period, it’s always soothing to see your vlogs and entertaining. You go all around Celebration showing us places of interest and going to conventions, especially the Star Wars one. 🙏🏻

My understanding is in '94 the town was "established". Property plots were drawn up, architectural drawings submitted, covenants written up by lawyers & submitted to Florida authorities for creation of the subdivision. At this point, nothing except maybe underground utilities, sewers and storm drains were actually being constructed. Two years later, people actually start moving in and it becomes a town that's alive in '96. So technically it's been around legally since '94 but practically not since '96.

Spaghetti squash in the air fryer is amazing. Sliced, scope out the seeds, pierce w a fork. Rub w olive, garlic , salt and pepper. Then pour a little olive oil in each half. Cook. Then shred w a fork, serve w red pepper fresh basil and some parm cheese. Soooo Good!!!

I love celebration and the rocking chairs by the lake. With all the rain in calif Im looking forward to my walks along the Mojave ......they have benches along the way too here at Sun city!I prefer our bunnies possums and ducks to your crocs. I love spaghetti squash.......its all stringy like inside.You can use it like pasta! Acorn squash tastes great baked with brown sugar and butter! They should sell your shirts in that shop1
I was sad to hear about Carl Weathers passing today. As as of the day of me watching Country Star Toby Keith has also passed on. Crazy when you loose those you enjoy to listen to or watch.
I live in Ontario Canada and can answer your balloon question. I work at Party City and we treat all of our latex balloons with something called Hi-Float. Hi-Float is a liquid latex that we pump inside of latex balloons before inflation. Once inside we squish it around to coat and then we fill them with helium. Once dried it forms a thin layer of water-soluable latex that acts as a barrier so the helium leaks out much more slowly than in an untreated balloon. Balloons can last several days or even weeks depending on the conditions although they do look their best when they are fresh. Without the treatment they only float a few hours. Most likely that balloon had this treatment and is also possible slightly hooked in the tree which also helps to keep it afloat.
You have to drive to Fishhawk in lithia florida five thousand homes it is an EXACT replica of celebration..I have lived here fifteen years... We have markets Sundays and four pools and gyms and a water park. Cool Deserves his own Sign:) The homes look the same. Glad your now a homeowner. Re the spelling correction on the alligator sign. As an old English major, I am delighted with the Celebration management's taking their spelling seriously. Mickey would be proud. Witness the couple in the cool tshirts, you are obviously attracting new visitors to your little town. Lock those veggies! I parked my bicycle in front of Weinerschnitzel a few years back in old town Tustin, and in the timespan of 5 minutes; someone took my 8 yr old scratched up Spy sunglasses from the side saddlebag. You never know! Better to secure the squash than to be squashless.

Did not look through the comments so I don’t know if someone already mentioned this or not but the 1994 and 1996 years of Celebration are probably (in my guess) the 1994 is when ground was broke for Celebration but the first resident family (The Habers) did not actually move into their home until June 18,1996. So that could be the difference. So the town was not officially move in ready until 1996. The ground was just broken for it in 1994.
