I totally disagree. If you start at menopause, we have younger vascular health. WHI study used CEE, not transdermal estradiol! Used crap progestins - not progesterone. No testosterone either. What a mess. Not really good HRT. We have to consider using the Best HRT.
Yes, it is an old study with people who were older, had comorbidities and used older forms of HRT which I pointed out. These are her opinions but it is true that we need more studies on the benefits of long term HRT use - at the moment with the newer forms we don’t have very much on people who’ve used it long term or started later in life.
