Women are often told they can't have HRT if they have high blood pressure, or they have to come off it after 60 or 5 years on it as it will increase their risk of a heart attack. They're also told to come off it if they've had a heart attack.
But are these true?
The British Menopause Society (BMS) has recently issued a new clinicians tool on menopause, HRT and heart disease and gynaecology and menopause expert, Vikram Talaulikar will talk us through this and the latest evidence on menopause and heart disease.
