I have to agree with you on that one. After the ham and a snake falling on her head. All the work and money they had to put in to cleaning up his mess. I wouldn't let him have anything. She is so much sweeter than I could have ever been dealing with that house. I may have sent him the ham.

I am totally in love with that house and the yard. What an oasis! You are very sweet to give away the washer and dryer. Kudzu. The plant that you can a actually see grow. Chop it burn it put a curse on it. You do not want it anywhere near your house.

If that is KUDZU, don't weedeater it! Pull it up and haul it in the dumpster. That stuff is what we call 'the vine that ate the South'. Seriously, it is very invasive, and if you mow it over it will just spread everywhere. Pull it up to remove it and if you can, burn it. If now, haul it off in the trash. Good luck and the house looks fantastic!

I think that vine is kudzu. You need to read up on how to kill it. I live in the Deep South and we say not to stand still or it will grow over you. It is horrible stuff.

@@dachshundmom9966 It’s similar to kudzu botanically, and how invasive it is. I’m being overrun by a similar vine myself. It’s like I eradicate it in one area but the rhizomes have already reached across the yard and there’s a new mess to deal with.

You can use a scouring stick and some CLR on the toilet...both can be found at walmart.It will look like new minus the expense!

From the way it looked in the beginning up to now is a whole new house, It looks fantastic! Your personal life is none of my business but the way your ex left that house for you to clean up and repair, how in the world does he have nerve enough to even ask for anything from that house? 🌺 Spray some WD40 on the closet door hinges & it will NOT Squeak Anymore 😁. the house looks great 👍. I don’t know how you have the patience for your Ex. But , if that gets rid of him and keeps u from having future issues with him give it to him ! 👏 to Andrew for being so understanding and cleaning up a mess another man left u with . It's like it never ends with the dumpster's! They keep filling up and There's still so much more. But WOW does the house ever look good. That vine is going crazy on the porch, wow does it grow fast. We need to get another dumpster for our place to before winter, after having reno's last year and just us still reno-ing inside. Where it all comes from I have NO idea!!!!! But your sure getting there. Andrew is sure working hard, same as your mom and dad. Sure nice for you to have so much help. But after moving out of your two booths, you all must be so tired!!!

Your dad is awesome. Filling up the dumpster before you even get there. And you still need another one. The house is looking good though. I didn't notice anything on the table put aside for your ex, or was that the 'throw out' box. 😂It would be nice to see the completely finished project when all the rubbish/unwanted is gone and maybe a little preview before Jessie moves in fully. I am always suprised that its obviously the expected thing that when you rent a house its furnished with all white goods. Like fridge , washing machine and dryer and stove. In Belgium unless its build in you at least are expected to bring your own washing machine and dryer, fridge and deepfreezer. Stoves and dishwashes are mostly build in in the kitchen.

What a lot of work! Wow. You have even more Stuff than I do, or did, because I am downsizing in my older age with a car full of (really good) stuff donated to Goodwill every month. I once bought a house that had been trashed. It was awful but when it was finally cleaned up it was a great house. 🌺🏡🌺
