Nice going! People here in Bulgaria stock the ponds with rainbow trout (some do it every day) during the cold months when the carp is not as active, so that might be a possible thing to do to get diversity within this fishery and generate extra income; trout is very fun to fish and has great culinary qualities so the terms here for trout fishing at fisheries are 15 bucks per rod and you can get up to 8/10 fish per session, which is a good deal for both the fishery and the fishermen. Also, you most likely know this, but I suggest planting trees to break the wind and generate some shade to reduce evaporation, especially during the dry months. Good luck!
