The hourglass shape is great if you have a bigger thigh and bigger calf, I haven't tried the cone for long enough to give it a fair review but I've heard good things from people that wear them religously. Just from experience - I'd choose the hourglass shape, it makes more sense anatomically and they don't tend to fall down at all!
Hey man! Thanks for the video. I plan to get A7 Hourglass stiff knee sleeves. Would like to know what size I should get if my knee joint is at 35 cm? Will it be the Medium or the Small?
Hey nice video, im lowkey still conflicted about the sizing. Is it really true to size? I am 16inches both knee and calf and was thinking L or XL what would u recommend?
Yeah they’re true to size, whatever the size chart recommends for 16 inches, go with that. Don’t try and squeeze into a smaller pair you’ll have a nightmare haha
Hi mate, I’d measure your thigh and calves too. That way you’ll have the 3 measurements required to choose your size from their size chart on their website!🙏🏼
Hey, great review! What size would you recommend me? My measurements are also kind of all over the place (Calf 41 cm, knee joint 38 cm, quad 51 cm, which would be XL, 2XL and 3XL lol). I have 5 year old OGs SBD sleeves in L and I feel like I could honestly go M with them. I am thinking about ordering L for the A7s, but I am so confused with the measurements...Also do you use for for the entire leg workout, or are they so uncomfortable you just basically take it off immediately after you done with squats? thanks in advance
Hi! I definitely would not order a L, they’ll be far too tight, I’d go for either an XL or 2XL. If you get an XL it may be a small squeeze over the calf but firm when on! I only wear them for squats - I don’t wear sleeves at all for any other leg movements and didn’t before the A7s either
@@jacoblifts Thanks for the answer. Does A7 have totally different sizing than SBD? It just seems so weird to buy XL/2XL sleeves if I can wear L SBD sleeves (and theyre not even tight)...IIRC you mentioned in your video you have/had SBD sleeves as well, can I ask what size were they?
@@AerinQQ yes they’re totally different sleeves, forgot all you know about sbd sizing - you’ll need true to size for the new gen of sleeves. I wore XS in SBD
I may be wrong, but are you unhappy that I've reviewed a knee sleeve that you're unable to get your hands on? If so, why did you bother watching the video if you're just going to be unhappy Tim?
@@jacobliftsno I’m saying you did a review on a knee sleeve and we hardly even see the sleeves in your video. All we see is you talking. I kept watching because I kept expecting to see them but never did.
@@Itsjusttim365 they look like a pair of black knee sleeves, the only visual differences between them and normal knee sleeves are that they’re bigger. Has no impact on the review at all. Can’t please everyone I guess, there’s always gonna be one.
