Really, what it means for students is they're getting quality faculty teaching their classes. They're getting an up-to-date relevant curriculum in terms of what they take in our program. And that we have the resources to actually take care of them from the time they start our program through when they're an alumni. - We've got peer reviewers that come in and they look at our curriculum, and they assure that we are delivering the things that are most current in terms of relating to the business environment. They ensure that we've got quality faculty. They ensure that not only are we delivering curriculum, or delivering courses, that we have established learning outcomes and we are testing whether or not we're actually delivering those learning outcomes to our students. - In many, many industries the AACSB business related degree is the standard that employers with provide tuition reimbursement for. - Employers will look at that and what they'll notice more often than not is when something is not accredited. So I think they come to the table with the expectation that you're in a quality program. And if they see the AACSB logo, then that's it. They don't think about that anymore. - I think what's great about AACSB accreditation is it really ensures sort of a foundational baseline quality of education that all students who graduate from a program with that distinction can provide."
