She toned her voice down in a lot of her songs. She has a strong voice and amazing falsetto. Her song 'never no more' showcases her full vocal ability & 'I care for you'... Miss you babygirl💜
She wanted to be different plus sometimes you can’t do certain things in the studio you can do live it doesn’t always translate well i love that she did that because she always amazed me when she would belt during her live performances
I always come back to this recording! I love that this one is better quality. Her tone is sooooooo pillowy and delicate 0:15 - 0:24 and then her control for her belt 3:08. That girl could SING!
This is what I miss about Aaliyah. She doesn't have to shout or scream in order to sing. She makes the most of her voice as effortless as possible. We miss you Baby Girl!
She started out with a middle parting in her hair. Her first album she did it a lot but mainly wore hats so it wasn't as obvious but in interviews always did at first
Watching her never growing old always makes me feel like my younger self. Thank you, Aaliyah for always taking me back to the best memories of my life. You are forever my queen
I was nearly to cry it is really hard for me to see Aaliyah swinging live I do not know maybe because I will never get over her passing and have her in mind every single day. Aaliyah is still everything what a loss she is irreplaceable 😢 Rest in peace BabyGirl I hope you are shining with God in heaven
This was everything! Where was this originally showcased on? Must be as an extra on the DVD. They be having all of these footages they’re sitting on, and we barely get to see it. I hate that. Imagine how much more stuff that photographers and editors have that they don’t release… or only played on tv a couple of times.
