Flour (Atta) 3000 gm
1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds (jwano)
water-as required
1tsp -ghee
For Stuffing:Boiled Potatoes 3 medium sized
2-3 green chilies
Chilli flax-1tsp
salt-as required
1/2 tsp cumin
1/3 cup fresh coriander
Oil/Ghee/butter to fry
