Mine works great right out of the box. At 20m, grouping was similar to a TM gold match. Only as a precautionary measure, I replaced this hammer crap with a 3x9x3 ball bearing (for 1 euro) and glued it to the Fi 3mm pin that was lying on the drawer. Max RPS jumped from 23 to 24. Now I will be installing MapleLeaf MRhop bucket, Crazy JET barrel, and action army CNC hop chamber, I hope for even better grouping.
@@JBAIRSOFTIRELAND Did you use a silicone rubber (2021)? There is also a problem with the VSR, it helps to use an O-rig instead of a metal clip. You only need to gently cut the protruding element on the side of the bucket to fit the O-ring there -> 6.5mmx1mm or 7mmx1mm

(NVM u have hammer mod)
same problems were happening with mine i got a new nozzle and adjusted the hopup and it worked just fine. also make sure your nozzle is very well lubricated, that could be the reason it is sticking.
I found all the reasons for the sticking and jamming Nothing to do with nozzle or lube. Three people this week having same issues they tried lube new parts loosening sight screw's 😏 nothing worked for them. They now have functioning AAP taking the steps I done to fix it.
If it's doing that and you have the rear sight on and screwed in. Then something very wrong. If you do a video and put it on your YT channel so I can have a look.
if the bolt jam check your piston head for deformation this might be your problem they have tendancy to warp when not lubrified correctly. for the nozzle jam the nozzle return spring doesn't hold well replace it with a cow cow 200% nozzle return spring will never stick even at a rof of 42rps. if you play it a lot in full the autosear will wear fast the hammer will break and thei're a part if i remember well is number is 45 on the exploded view of the manual that the one on the side of the hammer assembly that can go up or down, if one of these part break the gun will fire in full even on semi. i have nearly change everithing on the inside exept the inner barrel and part 45( as mention before but not because didn't wanted to just didn't find replacement for it right now already shear of 3 of them ) exept from that this pistol is a monster with an hpa adapter
I have it working great with the modifying I have done so it doesn't jam. The piston head plus nozzle spring and recoil spring are all good. I changed the hammer assembly for WE 18G SET everything is working great now.
@@JBAIRSOFTIRELAND mine have cow-cow hammer assembly gun modify auto sear cowcow nozzle return spring 200% cowcow light weight bolt ( half the weight of the original) cowcow aluminium cnc guide rod with short stroke action army cnc hop up unit with maple leaf decepticon 60° silicone and a bunch of esthetic like the tti cocking handle with fire selector tti flat trigger. shoot like a laser i piss off people with ssg10 because i shoot as far as they can. and on the push of the switch turn in full arround 42rps combine with a monk custom hpa adapter and epm1 mag. broke a bunch of part wear out a bucking in less than 6 month of use but i love it. also have a black mamba upper with same hop up and bucking so if ome brolei have a ready one to continue to play.
I have change almost everything outer ,upper,chamber,bolt,nozzle, all spring ,all cow cow hummer set ,trigger everything ! But at the end shit fps and bb jam and semi problem with the auto switch 😂🙈😂🙈😂
I haven't had this problem yet after about 50-60 mags worth so far stock, the only issue I've had so far was my own fault, I dropped the upper slide whilst field stripping it and cracked a bit of plastic in the blowback unit, it still works but with slightly reduced fps. A new unit is cheap enough anyway so its grand but yea, the plastic parts can be fierce fickle, one second they're solid, the next they're cracking all over the place with a light drop. Also the joule creep is a right bastard of a thing, I stick with .20's at my field and the ref is happy out which is a real shame because i hear it can hop .35's like a lazer. Overall it's still worked miles better than my cyma hicapa, I've replaced just about every part in that gun and its way more expensive than the AAP.
Is it a resent perches or older. Seen a few on FB looking for help with much the same issues resent new out of the box model. Fix for joule limit with heavy BB is simple some PTFE TAPE around the valve holes in the nozzle 🤫
Maple leaf 60 degrees plus rubber are too hard over in UK. You need 40 or 50, 69 is fine in warm conditions I've found. I got myself a new upper and had no jamming issues since and no feed issues. Also why not drop to lower gas to get the fps / joules down? I've used the nuprol 1, 2 and 3 gases and know when to switch between them. Cowcow nozzle increases fps with an anti freeze valve inside. Look at r3d printed uppers, good quality
I have it all fixed! I modified the nozzle valve inlets got it down to 0.98j on 32g bb. I dremled some of the upper and sight nub that sites in the spring guide rod. I dremled the cerved part on the spring guide rod also. Fixed the mag issue with it locking back with one BB left in the mag. And fixed the feed issue also . Only part's changed was bucking hammer set. I got the MEC PTS HOP RUBBER modify to fit it's 👌🎯
People keep telling others about the sight screw's. but that isn't the issue they don't cause the issue . I fixed all the issues with it and have the screw's tight. So all the people giving the advice of loosen the sight screw's don't have a clue what's going on under the bbu. People have lots the screw's because they loosened them recoil loosened them even more than one screw goes missing.
The AA mag front lips maybe holding the BB tight instead of the nozzle pushing it forward. Try giving the front lips a slight dremel or file see if that helps.
Bro you need to lubricate it with 100 percent silicone oil it will fix the problem make Shure to put the oil on the slide also in the mag so the bbs feed👍
I know the exact problem's and fixed them. 1 the mag slide didn't have nothing to do with feed issue the front feed lips was the issue. 2 the one BB left in the mag after lock back was the slide lock bar on the mag was too long pushing it up to early. 3 everywhere in the upper and lower got lubed and sight screw's loosened but the issues was still happening. Lube and oil will not fix everything. the slide locking halfway is due to part's being squeezed together in the slide and lube wouldn't fix that. Removing some material fixed issue..
I was thinking of getting one of these, I'm starting airsoft this year, I have my gear and aeg sorted but I need a pistol do you still recommend this one or anything else you recommend thats a gbb 😅thanks
TBH when it works it's very good to shoot . But getting one out of the box that's perfect and doesn't need work I doubt it. But don't let that put you off. If you do a few bits of modding to it filing down the area with friction. drop a WE GLOCK 18C - 18G full hammer set in. Work out the little issues then it's worth it. It's cost me €124 all in with pistol & parts and bit of labour. Shooting great now 🤞😁 I can't recommend a brand of pistol as out of the box your not guaranteed a great working pistol. something could or will go wrong. If you like the AAP01 go for it may need a bit of work but still worth the price I think. Be mindful there's two versions single auto full auto so check before you buy. Plus if something does go wrong contact AAC they will help. they was willing to help me but I already replaced part's I thanked them for the offer but told them it wasn't necessary at this time. My answer may not help you But I think every brand of pistol has issues to some extent. I didn't buy my guns because some brand ambassador reading of a script says it's amazing 🤥 I liked the looks of the gun so mind made up 😉

Hi. I have Swiss arms adaptx level 2 universal. Left or right side shooters. Will adjust for loads of different pistols except revolver and mk23 I don't know about desert eagle. Wouldn't be good if you have any front attachments thumb rest light mounted stuff like that.. Would be ok for a red dot sight at back.
Yeah it's a common issue... I see a lot with the same issue. but people are taking the advice from others that tell them to buy springs and different expensive parts or loosen sight screws but then the screw's come out and the sight gets lost. I suspect that you bought a defective gun or it was the wrong gun for you from the get go. My AAP01 worked perfectly (after hopper adjustment) straight out of the box and I get a minimum of 2 mags worth for each gas refill. It’s a great platform to customize to your heart’s (and wallet’s) content.
A lot of people have had same issues out of the box. I fixed it with a dremel on a few areas that was causing the issue. The mag's had air bubble trapped, a press of the outlet valve when filling solved that, mag's not feeding was due to the front feed lips being to tight holding BBS Also it would lock back with a BB left in the mag because of the bolt lock on mag being to high.
I'm 5 mags in, and no jamming. I did find it was completely dry inside, so liberally lubed the piston and rear area of the nozzle, the hammer spring area and all the 'slide' runners. Runs like a dream. Yours looks as dry as a nun's lady garden. Can't help but think you've massively overcomplicated things with all this. Why woolsnt you just send the bloody thing back if its failed?
It's lubed everywhere. Send it back 🤔 noooo that's not a challenge 😉 A lot of other owners had load's of mag's through it Lubed but it still happened to them. Hope you have a good one and it stays working for you 👍

No if you look at them they don't protrude through contacting anything. It's the square block bit that sites in the spring guide rod that pushed it down causing friction.
It could be the knocker Lock fire pin lock on front left corner of the hammer cage. If you haven't changed any parts I'd suggest do so. Get the WE GLOCK 18G full hammer set comes with auto sear & knocker Lock and hammer set in one you just need to transfer the part's from WE cage to AAP01 cage.
Hello by some shot u may see this.. I replaced the hammer I have a we galaxy so first I did what u recommended put new hammer in the hammer knocker issue. Had to put the old knocker on. Now it's functioning proper except, I'm in full auto the sear seems fine cleaned reinstalled sear. Nothing I'm just not seeing what I'm not doing or that I haven't checked... I feel like I've been going through ur aap01 issues together. While I'm glad u took down the beast. I've got to get this thing going 100% the way it's supposed to. Thanks
🤔 Is it a WE galaxy or AAP you have issue with? If it's full auto on semi then there's possible something wrong with fire pin lock not locking the pin. What brand of parts did you get.
I have 3 pistol mags , 2 20-25rnd and a 50rnd mag stick mag and iv'e got the hop up set correctly so when i shoot the little mags its fine it goes perfectly straight but when i use the 50rnd stick mag it goes straight up and when i adjust the hop up for that the little mag go straight down into the ground. Don't really know if its anything to do with the gun, because i have tried googling and i don't see anything about it and i have asked people at my airsoft field and there not to sure either?
Not trying to be funny but I take it you're using same weight BB? Only thing I can think of is maybe gas pressure coming out of the mag's have you chronod on all 3 mag's see if any difference in FPS.

Hey , your video's helped me alot with my aap01 ! I have the WE 18c hammerbox installed But still have 1 issue , when my gun is on single shot it sometimes fires like full auto or 3 round burst ... can you help me please ? Can't find the problem here
My aap01 is brand new and it keeps blocking, then i saw your video's en did everything like you say everything is fine just fires more than one time in single shot mode , i swapped everything from the WE18c gearbox to my aap01. The selection between single and auto is still stock and never been disassembled
Yeah the BBS fill from the wider channel at the bottom. It's the front feed lips on the mag that was too narrow holding the BBs tight not allowing them to be pushed into hop unit. Mag working perfectly fine after the fix.
@@JBAIRSOFTIRELAND ahh ok then i missunderstood. I got mine yesterday and i have issues to. Ive ordered a 50 rd mag from AA and its just leaking eben tough i tightened every screw. It dont know how this is possible dont they thest every product
@@JBAIRSOFTIRELAND its leaking from the passaga between the two mag parts on the side of the 50rd mag that gets tightened from the screm at the bottom. I checked the rubber and material but it looks all fine idk why its leaking. Contacted the suppliere hope ill just get a new. The aap gun works find its just bad lubed and the hop up wasnt adjusted too. Today im going to buy me some silicone oil.
Testing it out I don't want others trying it then something goes wrong with their pistol. I should have said that sorry. I have made another video on it. The 1st was just temporary to see if it would work. Are you looking to drop joule limit?
People having the same issues. 1st thing people are telling them loosen sight screw's 😂🤣 Second get new cowcow springs 😏 They charge some part's & lube and Wonder 🤔 why it's still happening after being told new parts will solve the issues 🤷🤑
