a witness too good for Baez. unfortunately for the defense, imo Bradley clarified some of the things that created "doubts" for me and I imagine the jury. not many doubts here to begin with but "looking for women" and the seat reclining situation before the shots were fired were the only thing I would have liked resolved by Bradley and Baez just stitched that gap up for me
Bradley is a no good liar. He said as he was approaching the bmw he reclined the seat so Aaron could shoot, but then before that he says he didn't think Aaron was going to shoot. So why did he recline the seat? Bradley shot those two guys.

He gave him the benefit of the doubt, hoping he was just trying to scare them. At the last minute he pulled the trigger, and actually fired at 4 people in the car by surprise, that is the truth!
Bradley is absolutely sticking to his story and the evidence he gave before the grand jury is pretty much unchanged. I don't believe Baez is making much headway convincing the judge or jury it was Bradley that pulled the trigger

Im getting the same feeling about Baez in this case as i did in the casey anthony case. I felt then like Baez was struggling to reach his end game but he somehow managed to get her off. I wonder if this case will have the same result.

I don't think Bradley is lying..If my BF shot me and left me for DEAD, I have no loyalty to that person anymore. He was summoned to appear in court I don't feel like he's snitching. He had no choice but to appear in court.

Bradley is the one that shot those two guys in Boston that night and Aaron had that over his head and it's I find it funny how mr. what i'm getting from this is they agreed to go get these guys together with the fist bump leaving the bar, to switching seats, bradley running the red light to catch up, leaning the seat back so double A could get over him, slowing the vehicle down next to them. This all sounds like it was planned by both.

In the United States of America everyone rather legally here or illegally alien everyone has rights. A right to remain silent is a constitutional right that Mr Hernandez has. Just because Ah is enforcing his right to remain silent doesn't make him guilty and if anyone on the jury or future really feels that a person not testifying at their own trial makes them seem guilty, simply dont ever serve on any jury

What a distinctly horrible character he is, about basically everything really, but that vile THREAT that Alexander will lose his immunity from being jailed, if he didn't agree with him that he knew a man which he didn't know. In a real-world a lawyer should have been arrested for that, not just for falsifying the facts, but for trying to get Alexander in this in trouble, which ironically enough is what he's trying to defend Aaron Hernandez from.
