Why is it, Every time I hear Aaron Lewis, The deeper I get into his songs, I find myself listening to old Hank William Sr classics, from 70 plus ➕years ago, and I get the same warm chills? Incredible.

I went to work for the Texas dept of Criminal justice 28 yrs ago. I was 19 yrs old. I'm not proud of some of the things I did as a younger man, knowing I gotta answer for them one day.Paying the price for this life that I chose....I have seen the evil that men do and it changes you! Calloused and hard hearted from this profession has affected everyone I love. I get to retire in 2 yrs and pray that I become the person I was before I went into the prison environment. It's not just the convicts in prison who's lives change. If you stand in the sewer long enough, you'll smell like crap. Pray for us all....
