Dear Wildes, I love the show! I do however tire of Aaron Rodgers on the bud list... and every other segment on the show. As Nick says, they are just simply a bad team, yet they are talked about them all the time! No other bad teams with a completely losing record get even a tenth of the attention, and the Jets should be boycotted until they are above .500 (the rest of the year).
You know what though. The 3pt thing was inevitable because it's not a much harder shot than anything outside of 15 feet but it's worth 1.5 baskets. There has to be some rule changes to rein it back in, or a crazy adjustment to the line, including eliminating them from the corners.
Judge is the 3rd AL player ever with three or more 50 home runs seasons, but overall there are 5 players to have accomplished that feat. McGwire and Sosa both did it 4 times. Some will not count Arod, Sosa, or McGwire due to steroids, but currently these are the players to have 3 or more 50 home run seasons on the record books.
"Hey, I want it in quotes!" 🤣 Nick is 1000% right about the direction of the NBA. Brou makes a reasonable case for Judge (I am a Yankees fan so I have a bias here) but I do feel as if Ohtani is under more pressure. Giancarlo and Soto are in form and LA have home-field. I get it, Yankees, NY media, etc. But Ohtani is also on GOAT-watch, officially. Everyone regards Judge as likely an all-time Yankee but long-term I still feel like we'll say Trout was the better player right - point being, nobody thinks Judge is or ever will be the greatest to play the game. But I hope Brou does motivate Judge out of his slump to take WS MVP to go along with his AL MVP!

Totally agree ; while I love watching Steph chuck up 3 bombs , the Celtics shot over 60 3-pointers in their win and credit to them and I’m a fan of them and it works but 2/3 of all the shots are 3s the NBA is becoming a glorified 3-point contest
Nick cannot put the Nerds on blast and then say he’s ok with the midrange going away. Thats the very mentality that’s hurting the game. Mid range is a crafty art. The TV product is serving him very well it seems.
As a lifelong patriots fan. We 100% own the Jets. Beaides THIS year U gotta go back to 2015 to find a Jets win on us. That one and 2013 were overtime wins. We beating the Jetsons

You complain about it but don't put Daryl Morey on the top of the Bud List for starting all the nba nerd strategy (maybe because he's your friend???) Hmmm...
