Atreus(Pantheon but before everything) was a weak human, but he never gave up so he had will power, no matter how hard something was he ALWAYS got back up, Atreus was weak and sucked at using weapons, he was bullied by another kid named pylos, one day they were in a group, that group died except pylos and Atreus, but Atreus and pylos got to be close friends, but one day they went to the peek of a magical mountain because they heard rumors that if you reach the peek you will get great power, but sadly pylos died, Atreus reached the mountain and was taken over by the aspect of war, Pantheon, but Atreus was gone now, Aatrox encountered Pantheon, and they fought, their battle took a VERY LONG TIME, but then Aatrox stabbed Pantheon, and pantheon died... But Atreus lived Aatrox mocked Atreus saying "your nothing without the aspect of war"... But sense Atreus never gave up he took his spear and beat Aatrox...but technically the aspect of war ACTUAL name was THE pantheon, even though Atreus took his body back, Atreus said to himself "Atreus died..." But so did THE pantheon... So from that day on, "Atreus" became Pantheon... Not THE pantheon aspect of war... Just pantheon a man... That is why they hate each other and why pantheon says "he has killed gods... But he will face a man"... Your welcome btw... So yeah pantheon is a human AGAIN but he is more powerful than before... Imagine you fight for humanity, then get betrayed by them, turn into a sword, you can’t breath, you suffocate constantly, you hurt but can’t scream, can’t move, you hungry yet you can’t eat, and losing your angelic form. @@Vincentpanh Humanity did not betray him. It did nothing at all actually. Aatrox was corrupted by the void in his search for power and became a darkin. Many people are under the false assumption here than anyone betrayed Aatrox while in reality he was just powerhungry and got corrupted
@@DayDreamer7749 you make a point because in the lore aatrox stabs pantheon in the chest(that's why pantheon's splash art has a huge scar on his chest) when he was being controlled by the aspect war when these 2 fought, and if aatrox was literally the size of his splash art then pantheon/atreus(was his real name and he lost every fight back then) then the thrust of his blade through pantheon's body wouldn't cut him in half

Cause Aatrox will kill him easly. Last time he brought Atreus to knees, and thought its over, but Atreus suprised him and cut off his arm. So really, i doubt Pantheon will ever defeat Aatrox. Especially NOW when Atreus got beaten by shitty Viego lmao
I had a Pantheon in my game yesterday (as Aatrox) and heard this for the first time and was really amused. Then I met Pantheon in the top lane and we just emoted at each other until the minions came. It was amazing lmao
@@yurakaze from the old darkin lore they were force to abandoned their own planet and moved to runeterra because it was corrupted by the void and introduce blood magic as a sign of alliance to humans to stop the void but the humans at that time are bunch of racist they see the darkin race as a threat not a friend for being a superior race but the darkin meant no harm they just want a home but sadly the new home they choose is full of despair and jealousy... The darkins are peaceful creature's pantheon is just an idiot like they're ancestors and gods. And also queen setaka is alive at that time i guess
@@velkoz110 that lore is old and was retconned. The darkins are the result of what happened to the shuriman god warriors (I.e. Nasus,Renekton,etc) as they became corrupted by the void during the battle of Icathia (mainly). They pretty much all went insane and became bloodthirsty Demi-gods whilst also being the founders of blood magic. The reason why they all inbody different weapons is because they were sealed within them by the god of twilight at the time (now Zoe) along with one of the god warriors who’s name i have forgotten.
Aatrox story is really really sad not saddest but he became acended then all shit about shurima happend then he got corrupted by void then some other shit happend (darkin war) he got put intro his blade trapped there for thousands of years just imagine you were closed in a box where you couldnt move you couldnt breath you couldnt see yet you feel the battle around you unable to die and unable to live and if someone says "he litterly wants to end all existance" i will just say what he said "If i end all existance maybe i would be able to die" so he is trying to die
not to mention he was the strongest, noblest warrior who fought the void and held it off as well as the fact that he can no longer regain his true power as the host can't handle it (he's imperfect and as a perfectionist it hurts him on an emotional level)
All Aatrox want is Eternal peace in Death, They robbed him of his ability to Die, if i were in the World of League i would willingly Follow Aatrox, fight side by side with him and if my body can handle his power i would be anew host for him to further his conquest. Pantheon wins the battle cus panth skill three is not fair you cannot kill panth while using skill 3 all you need to do is go into panths back so you can hit him while using skill 3
Imagine, an army facing aatrox and his own army. Then, they start running at each other but they get destroyed...... aatrox then goes to slain their leader who is on his feeths but then... The music start rolling and then pantheon comes from the sky and stop aatrox's sword. All the army starts screaming victory because pantheon joined them and then an epic fight scene starts between aatrox and pantheon . Aatrox manage to put him down but then he comes back on his feeths and the music starts again, the final fight starts. Pantheon blocks and dodges aatrox's attacks and put him down. But then the leader of the army gets 1v10 so panth go help him and he one shots all of them. looking at where aatrox was , he disapeared. Then you have panth and the remaining of the army looking at the horizon... and the music ends. Btw , sorry for my english, BUT WOULDN'T THIS BE FUCKING EPIC WITH THIS SONG?!?!?! oh and also he gets bread for everyone !
i like to think that Atreus as Pantheon and Aatrox have a frenemy status with each other. like yea, they go for blood, but theyre respectful to each other, etc etc

Wait didn't Aatrox kill the God of war and what was left behind was Atreus. Because I remember that the scare on Atreus chest came from Aatrox almost killing him meaning phanteon lost the battle because he died but Atreus(phanteon host )survived to tell the tail.
I mean honestly I kinda get why aatrox is so mad I mean not only was he a war hero but they trapped him afterwards in a prison where the void tormented his mind and was betrayed by the very being he aspired to be.
I'd like to think Aatrox sees at least a little bit of Pantheon in himself, both beginning as simple warriors, being given the power to fight forces that act far beyond themselves. Aatrox can't go back to being human, while Pantheon bases his identity in being so. When Aatrox asks to hear Pantheon "scream of brotherhood" and "of humanity", it's because Aatrox wants to distance himself from those aspects of himself by combatting them in his "unkillable" body. He's allen from the grace of his humanity; and with the mentality of a man, only realizes himself a monster.

@@Christs_Apologet Read the story again. Aatreus threw the spear on Aatrox's arm so he separated the sword and the body and that's how Aatrox lost. Aatrox is a lot stronger than Aatreus and he lost cuz he underestimated him thinking he doesn't even deserve death.

Pantheon barely knows how to control his new celestial powers yet he still was able to stand his ground against not only aatrox the best swordman but yet against Xerath one of the most if not the most powerful magic entity wondering on Runnetera.

Nah, the character that says this is only a man. The god, Pantheon, is dead. Aatrox killed him, his constellation had been erased from the sky. That line, it’s Atreus that says it and it’s only him now stands to fight Aatrox. It is Atreus’ own mortal will/resolve that fuels Pantheon’s weapons and re-ignited the constellation of war even though the god is dead. (I believe you can see The Aspect of War in all of his glory as a card in Legends Of Runeterra).

@@-Robert after pantheon took over him aatrox found pantheon and they fought for days until aatrox stabbed pantheon with incredible amount of strength that he actually killed the god (probably related to blood magic idk) after that the man regained control of his body and refused to die
Pantheon could win in a fight with Aatrox if it was in the game but in the universe of league of legends he can't because Aatrox is 15 meters tall and Pantheon is just about 180 centimetres tall, he stand no chance against Aatrox.
