The language is Sindhi, culture shown in the visuals is of Sindhi Hindus while depicting the folklore related to an ordinary girl named Marvi with whom king of Umar kot (city in Sindh) fell in love and took her with him to marry her.. That girl was shepherdess and already in love with Uda, a fellow shepherd. This song is dedicated to Marvi's resistance she showed to king and her devotion and loyality towards Uda.. The king was also impressed by her devotion towards her culture, people and her lover so he himself came to leave/drop her into her hometown. Start of this song shows how her people welcomed her !! Its about her

Everything is ok but there are 2 mistake. It's not just a culture of Sindhi Hindu's. It is a culture of every Sindhis. Second thing is most probably she didn’t have any lover. That is a extension.

@@KuddusVai-b6u yes I agree that some Muslim sindhis also wear same outfits..but culture is purely Sindhi Hindus you can even watch the tikka they had on their foreheads...sindi Muslims have little difference regarding their culture and attire! Next I have read that she had lover named Uda...I don't know if that statement was extension or not..even this whole incident can be fictional or exaggerated we can't say anything! However Thanks for your corrections

@@dreamers_space It’s a folklore, It can be entirely false 😅 Btw i didn’t notice any "tikka" like thing in this video. All i see just "tip" on their forehead. Our Bengali Muslims womens also use it with traditional attire. I have Sindhi friends from Pakistan. They said, Here is nothing what related to any religion.

@@KuddusVai-b6u you are right that this is culture of Sindhi muslims as well, but in Sindh each tribe has or had their own cultural dresses, the dresses worn by two female singers are worn by Sindhi muslims, except for "marvi) she is wearing a short choli which is not worn by most of Sindhi muslims, they wear cholo which at least reaches till knees. But some muslim women of thar also wear that dresses exactly same as the women dancing in circle, like Mai Dhai she is muslim Sindhi, she has also sang few songs on coke studio. Other women specially those dancing are hindus, also all those who have tattoos are also hindus as tattoos are forbidden in islam, muslim Sindhis only apply kohl on their forehead not tattoo. Also in video they mixed up different dresses from different Sindhi tribes.

@@dreamers_space that's not Tikka, the word Tikka (Tikko) in Sindhi is used for the head jewelry, which is worn by both Muslims and Hindus in South Asia. What you mean by Tikka is bindi, so the women aren't wearing bindi these are actual tattoos on their face, neck, arms, and all the women having tattoos are hindus, but such black colored dot on forehead is quite common in Sindh regardless of religion.

Language is Sindhi. It might be a bit similar to marwari. But the language more similar to Marwari thats spoken in Pakistan is Dhatki. It's spoken in Tharparkar. It is also said to be a dialect of Marwari

Ok you need to understand many things. First of all as you now know from the comments.. Its a Sindhi language from Sindh. Sindhis from India can totally relate. We have Marwari languagw here as well specially in Karachi which is kinda similar to sindhi but it different. Many Sindhi families who migrated to India can totally understand the language. The video shows the culture of rural sindh specially Thar / Cholistan. The story is of Umer Marvi. A fictional but very old sindhi story of a village girl who was kidnapped by a ruler and wanted to marry her and said he'll give all his money for that. She refused that offer and fought for her. Till the king himself came to drop her back to village. She comes back 'Aayi Aayi' is the celebration of the village ppl for her.

The song is based on a sindhi folklore about a girl named marvi who was forcefully married with a king and sent away to his kingdom but she showed great resilience and love for her hometown and was coming back to her hometown, which is why they're saying "aayi aayi look here she comes with victory". the mor and the dolphin in the video are national animals of sindh and the mor represents marvi here.
