so had mine for 2 weeks doing 30 reps each side middle and both sides belly has went down not much but has dropped

I bought this . Still have to make room to assemble it . Hopefully it works. I used the ab machine at my gym. It was a swing type, and I added weights to it . I loved it. I used it 3 times a week. Doing different parts of my abs each day. The results we’re awesome. My jeans started fitting better, and I had definition on my abs . Unfortunately with the epidemic. Who knows when gyms will be open again. I hope this is as effective as the one I used at the gym 🙏🏻. Thank you for the review. It is very helpful, and you seem satisfied with it , 😊

I bought this machine.. works very well! I recommend it! Glides nicely and is sturdy (maximum pound capacity is 300 lbs..so if you weigh more than that, it's not recommended).

Where can I order this machine from? To deliver to Portugal and how much??

Mine doesn't have "freeform" mode available. It's too stiff. Just getting it to turn to one side, I have to get off of the machine and turn it with my hand before I can do either of the diagonal/oblique moves. I know there are little cap-covered bolts under the seat (I presume that is how to loosen the seat swivel/put it in "freeform mode"), but I've never been able to get them to turn.

I’m definitely going to purchase this.

I have one but it seems I'm missing a part/screw to keep seat on any advise where to get replacement?
