No I couldn’t find it here. But if you have it you can add it at after adding the palm oil, then mix it thoroughly together with the oil till it form thick paste, then continue adding other ingredients.
This is how Enugu people make abacha...have gone to both eziagu and nkanu(both parents are from enugu) and this is how it is done...Other recipes are good but they are just filled with mordern adjustments......i have been frustrated by the audacity of food influencers mixing ngu and frying de abacha then tagging it abacha enugu....I na egekwa bikonu😈.....So far,she is the only person that gave out the closest to correct recipe and I appreciate her for that.
