It’s refreshing to see young people be respectful to a homeless man and actually take into consideration how he probably feels. Not once throughout the entire video did I hear one mean joke or comment about the homeless, just stating the probability that their could be someone staying there. Great video guys, 👍🏻.

I know some people who were exploring an old factory and all of a sudden they saw three dudes standing in the shadows staring at them. My buddies were obviously nervous by this and left, and they felt they were being followed so they hid in the forest path a ways out from the factory. A minute later they saw the three people quickly walking down the path, as if they were trying to locate my buddies. Scary shit.

Another commenter was right, you guys were in there being so timid and shook, the bum knew he could scare you. If you're going to do this night time stuff you need to walk through these places like you own them (obviously still being respectful of the property). If a bum is thinking about weather to attack you or not, he's definitely going to when he hears one of you scared that you rubbed your backpack on the wall. Great video either way, but please be safe.

What the heck was the noise in the background at 12:42? Sounds like a kind of moaning ... I have to ask, does that kind of thing put you off? I just checked out Josh's channel and I'm surprised he has so many more subscribers than Proper People. This channel feels so authentic the way they let the building tell its own narrative instead of making the whole narrative about your reaction to it. Where are you guys located? And how far are you willing to go? Cause i live in bc canada and about an hours drive north of me if you cut across a feild is a giant unfinished cement mansion there in the middle of nowhere with no road to it atall except for a rough trail, nobody knows why its unfinished, i haven't been in it myself (im too chicken shit) but it could be interesting, its certainly mysterious as to why it wasn't ever finished its at least a good 15 years old as well if not more from what others have said
