I think you guys are the best abandoned exploration channel on youtube. A lot of other channels would have put 'Ghost found' or some other paranormal crap in the title just to get views.

The building has a nice welcoming to it: door of its hinge, than graffiti that says FU, a swastika, and a pentagram. How inviting lol

I actually live really close to this place! This is a girls reform school in Clay Chalkville, Alabama. It was abandoned in 2011/2012 due to a huge tornado that hit. The place was built in 1937 and held many different cabins for the dorms. Since the tornado hit, many of the cabins aren’t there anymore and barely even have the foundations. There are about 4 5/6 buildings in tact. The main building, the library, a school building, a chapel, a random empty building, and a wooden cabin. It’s near a lake and you can see all the trash in the surrounding Forrest. You can get to the campus by three or four ways. 1. Entering from the normal entrance. 2. From a neighborhood nearby. 3. A back ground connected to the street. 4. A rough trail through the woods from the lake. It’s really neat, actually!

This is by far one of the spookiest locations. The sky in the background too. It had an exorcist, Silent Hill vibe going on. Loved it. Great Video Bryan & Michael. I wish there was not so much vandalism and for the location to be more untouched but still very very cool.

Also the chapel was a thing because Alabama has it set up like, prisoners and juvenile delinquents have the right to expression of religious beliefs. The state owns the chapel but it's usually local churches volunteering to run the services.

That stupid acronym is from the therapy books by Marsha Linehan a psychologist (makes duck sounds) who preaches a form of mindfulness. Her method has the victim watching every move they make almost obsessively. I watched a few of her videos, she's like a cult leader. Eew.

The part with the acronyms DEAR MAN, GIVE, and FAST made me laugh. Those are all widely taught DBT skills, which is a form of behavioral therapy that is used in treatment of PTSD but was adapted to also be able to treat anxiety, eating disorders, etc. They sound absolutely ridiculous and are even more ridiculous to try and apply in your every day life

I was in that horrible place in 1998 I was housed in a cottage called Junnalossa,I was sent their for running away from home and the things I went through still haunt me to this very day. So glad a tornado 🌪 took this place out. Wish I would’ve knew about the lawsuit because I would’ve definitely 💯 percent won.

Come to SoCal and check out the Downey haunted mental asylum. I think the official name is the Hollydale Mental Hospital. It's at 56 Descanso St in Downey, CA if you want to google map it. It's probably the most haunted mental hospital in SoCal. In 2006 there were apparently old body parts found there. It was a place for tuberculosis and polio patients as well.

The interpersonal effectiveness techniques, like DEAR MAN, are part of DBT or dialectical behavioral therapy. They're still used today.

I love this channel, it inspired me to go and do my own adventures. I started exploring sewers in my local area and dude it's a scary experience not knowing if it's your last time being seen by your family or finding something unexpected. I respect the proper people for keeping it real.
