Today we explore an abandoned car collectors mansion full of antiques. The history of when the home was built and abandoned remains a mystery but from what we could find the previous owners were car and antique collectors. It is very sad to see the mansion decaying away with possibly hundreds of thousands worth of valuables left behind.

It makes me sad to see so much monetary value going to waste in a country that is filled with poverty and homelessness! So many veterans and people down on their luck would value these homes far more than the wealthy seem to. Thank you so much for these videos bc they're amazing to us commoners😅!

That’s more than million dollar question, me too I think about what happened to the people who owned these abandoned homes, I’ve read once no one takes over these homes because of the hefty maintenance and tax to the property , I wish they let them occupied by homeless people for free but maintain them .

Those “toy” Packards were assembled plastic models. The white Peterbilt wrecker on the end is an AMT model, the owner converted it to a single axle. On the next shelf down was an AMT Tyrone Malone transporter with the Bandag Bandit on the back. Next to it was the AMT Freightliner dual drive cabover sitting on the AMT Loadcraft lowboy trailer. I recognize most everything in those cases.

It was filmed in South Carolina and this house is almost exactly like the one in the movie so for a minute I thought this could be it but it isn't. Great video! That Mustang at the end is a fox body fastback Mustang, 1983 and after. You can tell the approximate years by the tail lights. I owned the exact same car, my very first car, as a teen in 1981. The only difference is 1979 to 1982 had different tail lights. I had a 1981 and mine was the color light academy blue glow which was a light/medium blue with with silver metal flake. In sunlight it looked blue with silver sparkle. At night it looked silver with silver sparkle. It was beautiful. Still miss that Mustang! In 1983, the fox fastback body style remained pretty much the same, but Ford did change the tail lights. That's how I know it's an 1983 or later. If it were in good condition, depending on what engine it has in it, it would be worth anywhere from $7,000 to $15,000. Thank you for the great video and the great memories of my first car!

wow so many treasures to explore. I understand time is of the essence sometimes and you need to do it quicly. this was however to rushed for as many items as there were to explore. sometimes there are so many things it's hard to take it all in. if it would be worth if you ever get back to it it would be nice to see it again in a bit slower time frame. it was amazing to see what we did though, good job.

This house seems to be in pretty good condition.. I'd LOVE to see that house empty of all the stuff (papers, clothes, toys) laying around on the floors!

Great house. Would have loved to see more of building that had the antiques upstairs. Choppy editing made it hard to get a feel for flow of rooms in main house. No basement? It would be interesting to fly a drone over all those cars after leaves have fallen from trees.

Those antique sofas and chairs are really valuable. Sadly some vandals have trashed it.

They looked like reproductions to me. I saw the backs of what looked like some old furniture but most of the stuff was from the 70’s or 80’s maybe. The trash is incomprehensible.

My guess is that the owner died and there was some attempt.to sell/move out the stuff and something happened that caused it to just be left undone.

Back in the day, I have known of majestic old homes going to pot because the owners left it to their children who were on up in age themselves and children couldn't agree on what to do with it, sell it or not, but they themselves didn't want to live there, so the property went into ruins because the children ultimately passed on themselves.

Yes. I agree with this. There are many people who as young adults want to pave their own way and don't want to live in a past house, especially a money pit. 😑

@@YTjennifer yes, but the majority are crap, condemned, vandalized and worth nothing but the property its on. But this one still has some value and charm. Im just surprised as big as the US is on property taxes that the state hasn't taken it and bulldozed it.

I love neat old houses. Must have been quite the place back in the day. Stinks that it's empty and people are trashing it. I see places like this one and wish the stuff got sold or donated. It's all just getting ruined. Bros of decay have some videos that are so depressing because of that in France and Europe. Thanks for the video 🙂 Oh and that Continental! That was pretty nice to see.
