Hey wallie love the videos, If your out near Paramus NJ there is an abandoned Sports authority, Christmas Treeshops, bed bath and beyond. Down the road there is a untouched Boston market with tables and chairs still inside

Bellefonte should be thriving with how nice a piece of ground it is, but sadly it sits behind two layers of mountains away from Penn State. also nice KMFDM hoodie

Hey there WallieB26 one thing about this former rite-aid building is that from the outside looking at it, it just screams Walgreens from the looks of it and the sign also screams Walgreens from the looks of it as well

Kudos to your RU-vid Channel, Wallie! We used to have a Rite Aid here in Weirton, WV located on Cove Hill Road. It's a Walgreens and has been for a number of years, as when a Rite Aid closes Walgreens opens up in its place. At least another business opens up and people will have a job.

Awesome Rite Aid Abandoned Places

Bellefonte is such a beautiful town. I live about 45 minutes away in Huntingdon, and work at Penn State. I love going to Bellefonte for the cruise in every fathers day weekend.

I'm surprised my local Rite Aid is still open, being so many are closing ,there is a CVS about a block away so my guess is one or the other won't make it

I live just a few miles from this Rite Aid and I know it just closed recently. There used to be a BiLo grocery store on that same site before the Rite Aid was built. I didn’t really shop at Rite Aid very much because their prices are higher and there is a CVS a little closer to where I live. Perhaps the CVS in Bellefonte will move to this location. It is in an older, smaller building now and this Rite Aid building would be a nice upgrade.

The gates must be a thing with that rite aid building design. The one in my town looks identical to this one & it closed down. That building has gates as well.

there's a Rite Aid in Fairlawn (westernmost suburb of Akron) that just closed in December, I think you should check it out. did Rite Aid go bankrupt recently by any chance?

The, Rite Aid Pharmacies that have Closed Permanently and Left Abandoned. Either, they became Dollar Stores, and They are Left Abandoned. Except, the Rite Aid Pharmacy that Closed Permanently and now it's a CVS PHARMACY and it is still open to this very day. Rite Aid Pharmacy, sounds like they are going out of business. 6:00

I am not certain how true it is, but I was told that the CVS that's located by the park in Bellefonte is going to be moving over to this building. My daughter worked in the pharmacy at this rite aid for a short time before going over to weis. She was out of work for a day or two at a time because the pharmacy just don't open up. She's still at weis and she loves her job there. It's just a shame because with Plumbs closing, people complaining that their prescriptions in CVS, rite aid was never open consistently, some of the management was extremely rude. Not the employees. There would be days when rite aid would be closed and people had no access to their meds. Why? There was no licensed pharmacist on board to fill some of the prescriptions. Pharmacy technicians can fill a lot of prescriptions but there are some that must be done by a licensed pharmacist . Certain insurances are no longer accepted at other people's pharmacies near their home i.e. Centre Hall so a lot of people have come down this way to go to Weis. With all those changes in the last year and a half the pharmacy exploded and they had to move It to another part of the store and with even doing that, Weis is slammed with customers and the lines are long Also, thanks for saying that we look like a quaint little town. I've lived here for 2 years and I love it! That's why I moved out here ♥️

Those bollards are necessary due to drivers that mix up the brake and gas pedals. It's why both Sheetz and Wawa put them between every parking space and the building.

I used to live in State College Pa when Rite Aid was closing down there stores. There was a Rite Aid in Westerly Parkway plaza near the high school and you can see right in the store.

That ' Rite Aid ' building is 8n very good condition, it would be too much like right that another business would move in there ie; CVS , Walgreens, Dollar Tree or Dollar General.... Maybe a Taco Bell even , LOL ....
