Abandoned - The most iconic pool in Melbourne 

I lived near this place around the time it closed. It looks very different with all the graffiti and damage.

Pretty sure CaseyArc at FTGSC put this place out of business. Pretty sure this one is privately owned whereas CaseyArc is council owned. The Casey council is rather zealous on their local bylaws, always wondered how they let this place be in this condition. Surprised you didn’t find any junkies, homeless bums or needles! Seems like some of the junk is disappearing so maybe they’re starting to begin the process to demolish it?

I rember swimming there as a kid and beaing told if you wee in the pool the water would turn blue

If this is the pool I think it was, I remember taking swimming lessons here in grade 2 or 3. And inadvertently briefly leaving the change rooms without any bathers on.... oops..
