It's go time for the "1/4 Life Crisis" yacht (formerly depicted as the "Brown Eyed Girls"). The poor girl has been land locked for the past 12 years at the Lake of the Ozarks and is FINALLY ready to be back on the water. What better weekend to release her than on the 4th of July!

Sea rays have really good gel coat. Some of the easiest boats on the business to detail. You should be able to make it look new with a good compound and wax.

I'm not too sure. The outside of the boat is really rough and has a lot of dings and nics. I think were just going to clean it up and wrap it.

I’m restoring a 2002 50’ fareline gel cote faded we spent 2 week polished it it turned out really good but decided to complete repaint the boat.

Rule No1. always check the bearings. Rule No2, try to make sure you are legal. We once delivered a 25' boat some 200 miles on a brand new all sprung trailer, one of the bearing gave up at 175 miles and when we jacked it up the wheel came off in our hands, now you wouldn't expect that would you.

if you can get the Molly (molybdenum)staples they won't rust like steel Staples.....used them on my 29 Scarab

Super Restore !!! We have a 1989 Celebrity 199SE Bow Rider... With Magnum Mercruiser... It's been setting for 15 year's and you'al have inspired us to get it restored in its original shape... I hope you used "Stainless Steel" Staples on your Cushion repairs... I learned the hard way when I put a new vinyl cover on our SeaDoo PWC using steel staples and they Bleed and Rusted Badly !!! Now I only use "Stainless Staples" for every use... Keep Up with the Good Videos... Jack & Lynne (JaLyn) in Little Rock, ARkansas

Hey Jack and Lynn! Love getting comments like this. We have our hands full with this one but once it’s complete it will be one heck of a boat. Check out our more recent videos on it. We just dropped the upholstery off in Chicago to have it redone over the winter. Professional job so I assume they will use stainless. @@BoatRestorationbyBen We also have our "John Deere 332" with 1,200 hours,,,, 50" JD Mower Deck with its MC519 - 20 Bushel Dump Cart Material Grass Catcher... The 332 is in Good shape but need's a Restore like your JD 332... You did an Excellent Restore on Yours !!! "Merry Christmas & Happiest New Year" !!!
