Hourglassing effect at 7:54. Do you use elements with reduced integration? Elements with full integration capability should avoid this behavior.

HI, This is linear static analysis. We have used the full interaction elements. Because of high deformation scale it look like hourglass effect.

@@abaqusacumen7397 I understand, thank you for the information and your videos. Helps a lot. Could you possibly make a video of a multibody dynamic analysis (f.e. piston-conrod-crankshaft assembly) for calculation of the occurring stresses or something similar? Thanks in advance
