You have taken the reaction force for the hysteresis plot at the set defined at top left column( where you assigned U1 displacement), rather than on the fixed boundary conditions at the column base. Why is it so? Isn't the reaction force determined from the fixed boundary conditions??
It's Newton's third low. but you also can get that reaction force from the bottom node which is equal to the sum of the bottom nodes. just do a quick test for your concern.

I tried for cyclic loading of rc frame in abaqus. The hysteresis plot appears to be much higher values than experimental work. I have used kinematic hardening for rebars/steel and compression, tension recovery 1,0 for concrete. Can you suggest any probable cause for this?

There are two options; one may be your joint didn't reach the yield strength, therefore increase the amplitude of the load; two, you can use another material, such as Janson-cook damage or shear failure.
