This guy is just trying to enjoy himself in one of the most beautiful tracks in the world,could you please stop piss the fuck about his driving skills?
Your steering wheel work is physically painful to watch. Funny that when you actually need to steer, you readjust hands to a more reasonable position. Still, half of the time you are not in control of the car. On top of that it just looks dumb.
oh please, put your hands on the steering wheel correctly .. horrible to see as you drive .. that one hand on top of the steering wheel .. really bad to see this
bad seating position, too far away from the steering wheel, and terrible position of your hands on the wheel. all in all, you had no real control of your car. the reason why everyone says the 9:15 position is that it gives you the opportunity to take turns without moving your hands from the wheel. which in turn improves your situational awareness because you develop muscle memory and instinctively know where your wheels are pointing. when you keep changing grips on the wheel you lose that important thing.
Why you want to keep your hand on the top of the steering wheel. It looks like you wanted to drive on a Boulevard but ended up on the Nurnburgring. Really no control with hand positions like that. Maybe people before me mentioned that, but just for the record: don't put people into danger if you don't know what you are doing.
You make me crying... The hands position on the steering wheel is totally impossible. How can you drive a hot hatch like this? I hope you'll change ! Absolutely twat ! You don't care about motorcyclists... And they need a better car drivers behavior to drive easily and peacefully... But, you don't care.
Weil der Kleine da mit knapp 200 kmh ankam und beim etwas zu starken Bremsen das Heck leicht wurde und durch die Seitenkräfte, bedingt durch die Linkskurve, ausbrechen wollte. Die kleine Kuppe kann auch ihren Teil dazu beigetragen haben (Heck leicht ausgefedert). ;)
Hi du tust dir selber einen sehr großen Gefallen wenn du den Sitz und die Rückenlehne so einstellst das bei anliegendem Rücken du dein Handgelenk über oder zumindest auf 12Uhr auf dem Lenkrad obendrauf ablegen kannst .... aber für die ersten Schritte auf der NOS war das doch schon ganz schön
fürs erste mal nicht schlecht. Aber wo hast du denn bitte schön deine Hände ? Außerdem könntest du locker ne halbe Minute schneller sein wenn du mal öfter deinen 5. Gang benutzt hättest und etwas später gebremst hättest ! Nächstes mal wirds bestimmt besser :-)
Ganz gut gefahren fürs erste Mal, manchmal aber auch fast schon ein bißchen zu mutig! Die Stelle bei 2:48 ist nur eine von vielen auf der Nordschleife, die man kennen muß. Sieht man auch in anderen Videos sich manch einen wundern. Fahr vorsichtig. Auch wenn´s Spaß macht, das Auto ist teuer und das Leben kostbar. :-)
i ONLY drive manual gear-box!! i'm not telling you you must not leave your steering wheel to change gears but while you move your right hand you ALWAYS must leave your hands at 9:15 so you change your gear and you return at 3 and the left hand NEVER leave 9!!! you are more precise,move less & can be more concentrated on. I'm no t a 'Ring-guide .. i know how to put my hands driving, not more. If you think you're perfect, you're not! Continue like this, you'll tell something after your next crash!
A friend of my send me a link tou your video... First of all, nice of you that you like driven the nordschleife, but after seeing your video i wanted to give you some helpfull advice.. NOT idiotic bad comment, just TIPS ;) First, like i allready read in other replies.. KEEP your BOTH hands ON your steering wheel!!! Realy, you have NO control of your car what so ever if annything should happen. So next time: both hands on wheel.. drive safe and have FUN ;)
if only you'd learn to put your hands on the steering wheel!!!!!!!!!! on the nordschleife .. you begin and finish the lap with hands at 9:15 ... never move them!!

You fumbling in one of the very tricky corners, and was millimeters from losing it. If you do not have more ability to focus, then it would probably be a good idea to train your skills on an easier track before you expose yourself and others to unnecessary risks on the ring .. ;-)
