ABB TZIDC Positioner I/P adjustment 

Keep positioner operating mode to 1.1 .. Check the feedback cable and current mA cable once ... Sometimes cable can be interchanged ...

@@instrumentationandsolution5013 checked in 1.1 it's working fine and also able to operate in local mode. Only in remote mode it's not operating. ps. it's a profibus PA device

U can adjust I/P... Plz check my I/P adjustment video...

U can reduce hunting (permanently) by calibrate I/P ... plz check my I/P calibration video. And u can reduce hunting through parameters, go to parameters no 7 and reduce deadband to 0.1 and u can do PID adjustment in parameters increase (7, 7.1,) parameters.... hunting will reduce

@@instrumentationandsolution5013 deadband and gain of abb is already done but still there is a hunting . I tell u if we close or fully open there is no hunting but if we do 25%,50% or 75% hunting start .help me plz sir

@@shaktisingh4793 for how many seconds it's hunting or continuously hunting, generally if u give command 0 to 25 to 50 to 100 its will hunt for 2 to 3 seconds, if it's hunting more that 2 to 3 seconds then plz check following 1. Any play in Feedfack link , 2. did u checked I/P passing or not, 3. Check any leakage in actuator, 4. Check gland tightness, 5. U can reduce hunting by changing P 7.8 deadband approach fast to medium etc ....

@@AnilKumar-xo7ot more than 3 sec it do hunting .feedback link is checked,deadband parameter is reduced to 0.1 ,gland tightness is also checked ,there is no leakage . What else i do sir ?
