Sir mere pass pahle Siemens ka PS2 sipart ka positioner lga hua tha but usme problem aane pr hamare company me valve ke sath ABB ka TZID model aaya to purane Siemens ke jagah pr replaced krne ke baad auto mode me scada se operate nhi ho pa rha hai...Mere hisab se shayad pahle wala me 14 port se but ABB me 6 hi port hai...Pl sir koi solution ho to bataye......Thanks
Check any air leakage and actuator passing , check valve operating smoothly and gland tightness, then do I/P calibration .. Check I/P calibration video in my channel
@@sanojkumar-ty3rf may be .. but in manual mode if it is opening or closing them hunting will be there while operating, so in parameters 7 u can increase dead band..
Sir regulator pressure is 4 to 5 bar it is ok.. but out air from the positioner is low and valve open just 10 percent.. if pneumatic block is faulty then how can we repair.. plz sir share about it
Check Parameter -3.0 minimum range should be zero% and maximum should be 100%, and what is the parameter selection of 2.0 and 2.2 ... If possible update me 2.0, 2.2 and 3.0 parameter...
