Tyler seems like such a legit and truthful guy… loved the video, it’s a breath of fresh air in the middle of so many “perfect” and hypocritical influencers and celebrities. This really motivates me to pursue health and fitness in a realistic and sustainable way. Thank you Tyler!
His transparency and honesty is refreshing. Men can feel pressure re body image too. He has worked out that he is doing what is best for him - we are all different and health is paramount. Plus he looks great and is such a talent 👌
As a former personal trainer. That cared more about functional strength and overall health more than gains and image. I can honestly say I detect no BS in this video. Smart fitness all around. Props
@@DrAlchem01 seriously, so tired of these celebrities like the Rock claiming they just eat healthy with over 6k calories and yada yada but knowing damn well they're at least taking steroids or using Hgh
This has been the most helpful video to date! I have been on my own health journey and trying to get in better shape while recently being diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Thank you so much Tyler for sharing your story and to Men's Health for allowing him to share his story. This really gives myself and I bet a whole lot of other people dealing with the same thing confidence that we can improve ourselves even while dealing with Crohn's.👏👏👏
Same bro was diagnosed was Crohn’s disease and everything just went downhill for me but I’ve started eating better and working out everyday and trying to maintain it.
I have had a crush on this man since Everybody Hates Chris!! He is so fine. My cousin on my daddy side has Crohn's, and it is no joke, she said. I hope that anyone struggling with the same issue comes across this video and learns something. Even those of us who don't have any conditions, we can still learn how to keep a healthy body. So thank you Mr. Tyler with ya handsome self. Lol 😆 I see why the principal on Abbott be flirting with you 😂😆
I’ve been watching Abbott Elementary with my late teen boys and we have been enjoying it. Seeing him back in a series has been cool. I like that he is taking care of his body and not trying to fit someone else’s mold of what he should look like and being himself❤❤❤
Man, I hella appreciate this. Thank you Tyler for showing what it means to be a hard gainer and representing us slim guys and our struggle. Definitely an inspiration for us all to see your success.
I absolutely love this man and his acting evolution. Seeing him as a teacher feels like he was one of my teachers in grade school. Protect Tyler James Williams, national treasure.
He spoke truth when it comes to drastic body changes are unhealthy and they key is slow progression. Or else what’s the point. Glad he is doing great!🔥💪🏾
This is inspirational. I’m a smaller guy, so there’s always this feeling I need to be bulky to be “accepted.” Sometimes it’s better to build what you have instead of doing way more than you need to. Longevity is the key.
I definitely appreciate these tips. I was definitely planning on doing protein drinks with a lot of calories to bulk because I've been anorexic-looking most of my life and tried alot to gain weight. Knowing that he couldn't keep it down, plus his illness has inspired me to switch up my game plan like his. Much props to him. Real down to earth individual
This young man is a credit to his generation. Not many of his generation who come off this wholesome. Breathe of fresh air to see... and love listening to him pronunciate.
As someone who struggles to put on weight, I really like his take on how to eat to gain. I think i'm going to try and implement that instead. Now, the smoothie thing I might find difficult with work but I think it can work
i'm just proud of bro. its not often i care too much about celebrities and their journey, but i really wish he has a long and fruitful career. he seems genuine and you never hear anything bad about him
Very motivating!!! He comes across as authentic, and I want that in a person who is giving out fitness advice. Also, I'm loving him in Abbott Elementary!!!!!
