From back in the days that TV stations went to bed at night, this clip features a Patrol Boat promo, followed by an ABC announcer (Ted Bull? I originally thought it was George Manning) talking over a graphic of a clock, finishing with Advance Australia Fair, with some audio tones and a grey gradient thrown in. "Heavens, it's 11:40pm, we'd better shut down for the night!"
