Fascinating and presented in an engaging and easy to understand manner. I'd like to see a demonstration of how the muscles in the hips and pelvis work. I have trouble with tight hip flexors and have difficulty visualizing what's happening. I also recently heard of the piriformus muscle and want to know how that affects back pain.

Great job... and a nice review for me.... In military, some odd 50 years ago, I worked as Dr Assistant to 4 orthopedic surgeons, so dealt very little with the abdomen. Though I used to assist the pathologist as he was doing autopsy, taking photos of the parts and just took for granted what the parts were never paying any real attention to their exact locations.... So this was a very nice review, especially the circulation and ports for insulin and bile.... looking forward to more of of your explanations.

Initialy the study of human anatomy may appear extremely complicated. It's true that it is not simple and your studies will not alter that. As for it being overwhelming, that can be eleviated if you take it one step at a time. I discovered an article on Sebs Study Crammer very helpful for this.

I have had intrusive thoughts related to that. It has also instinctively been the place I've first landed kicks during physical fights in my youths. Not that in proud of it but I think there's something subconscious to it.
Those who do aggressive things are not thinking clearly. We tend to look down on people who do bad things. When we should do the opposite we should show them compassion. Would a truly happy and content person go out and hurt others? Physically or verbally? No of course not. This is why we should have empathy for these people because its obvious they are deep down hurting. Rather they admit it or not. All humans crave love and acceptance, when a human lacks those 2 things it can cause them to act out. Have a blessed day.♡

We don't always know the full stories of things. We cannot judge any situation unless we have full understanding of all the preluding consequences.
