This reminds me of the water supply that used to come in a stomach container. Probably a cow or buffalo. The carrier slung it, hanging from one shoulder and carried upstairs, for the tenants of the multi storied buildings.

Hey Dr. Webster. First, thank you for all the great videos-- thorough, entertaining and easy to understand. I'm hoping you can answer a somewhat obscure question for me: How many parietal cells are in the typical human stomach? I'm making a video for lay people about blood, and I'm using parietal cells as an example of the numbers of cells that must be served by the circulatory system. And I just can't seem to find that info anyplace.

I remember when I worked in hospital many years ago that selective trunkal vagotomy and pyloroplasty was the order of the day for treatment of gastric ulcers. However I understand that a course of antibiotics is the modern treatment. I fear for the future of gastric surgeons! Excellent video as always
