I lived in Abilene for decades and I assure you it is a large city and extremely busy now with even more traffic than before. I miss it though. I grew up there.

I was born in Abilene but did not have the chance to grow up there. I ended up growing up in the San Antonio area. I'm pretty much set where I'm at but love coming to Abilene when I get the chance to see my family. My grandparents lived in a neighborhood right off Rebecca Lane/ Buffalo Gap Road. Definitely love what's happening to the downtown scene, and always gotta have my Jack and Jill Donuts when I'm there. And now I'm making the beer fest an annual tradition. Wish Pappy Sloakum could get some of his brews (specifically Stripper Dust) down in South Texas. I never leave Abilene without a 6 pack of Stripper Dust. Anyways, nice video. Always love seeing the sights of Abilene.

I haven't seen Abilene since 1993😢😢😢 I love it so much. I went to Crockett Elementary school. We lived on South 7th, I remember there was an H.E.B. and Whataburger fairly near our home. This si so awesome
Hi Love to see my Home Town of Abilene.... Born & raised there... North side of Abilene... Live not too far of Hardin-Simmons University. Like to see more of the west side of Abilene.. I have lots of family still in Abilene. Go to my parents place, or as my place too. Evening I live in Dallas. I noticed that it changed so much.. but love to see my home town. Love the quietness.... Miss it... But more of Abilene... Show down town to much......need more of Abilene...and there's a lot of it that you miss.... Need to have part 2 and part 3 and so on so on...
