We have zero tolerance for ‘shenanigans’, Still traumatized from 9/11, if you so much as argue with the stewards or get into an altercation with anyone, we have plain-clothes secret Air Police (with fully loaded weapons) that will knock your head onto the ground. I say this with specificity since I was a witness to this back in 2018…it was quite dramatic. The guy they threw down needed throwing down though, I can assure you.

This was so very entertaining! I love your videos, but this one was non-stop humour!! The coughing woman, trying all the wines on the plane, liking none, booking the wrong flight.....priceless. Great video, I thoroughly enjoyed.
Kym, you feckin legend, as we say in Ireland. I thought I was a hard core wine drinker but you were absolute gas. You do know that your taste buds are significantially impared at that altitude but you went for it anyway. Legend. great video. My daughter arrives from Sydney in a few weeks, Can't wait. In the meantime, I'll stay passionate for F1 and Kym Illman,
Kym turns into THAT guy who orders everything on the drinks menu. Many have thought of it, few have ever tried, but the crew probably said "Yes, sir! Absolutely!".
Another Great video Kym!! I'm a EK cabin crew would love to have you on one of my flights one day! Serve you all the wine in the world in business class! 😂🍷
Love how your bridging gap between my aviation content and f1 Love your what drivers drove to the track videos Don't know how hard it would be. But would love to see how drivers flew to the event
Kym, been watching your videos for a while now, all fantastic but I think this is my favourite! Thanks for reviewing all the alcohol for us and looked like you enjoyed it as well! Keep up the fantastic work on and off track, all the very best 👍
My pleasure. Coming up, I travel a budget airline where you order your meals in advance. And I’ve ordered every meal on the menu. Should be interesting
Hello. Kym, fantastic video giving us all an insight into exclusive air travel. The food looks awesome. Have a good and productive French GP.🏁 Hope the coughing from the other passenger is not contagious!!😷 Thanks for sharing and continue to stay safe 😷.
Wow you’re lucky…I’m trying to get tickets for the Vegas GP next year by being the first in line when they open so here’s hoping. Hope you get good seats!
I love this. Can we make this a permanent part of future videos "Kym Illman samples all the booze on flights and gets loose"? Your liver won't like it, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
Aweseom as always! I am sure someone else has commented this but I believe your taste perception is fairly drastically altered at altitude. It would be interesting to compare your wine tasting experience at altitude with one at sea level! All the best!
I feel for the woman that was coughing. I had esophagus problems and coughed incessantly for a decade until it got bad enough to finally figure out the problem. My esophagus closed up going into my stomach. Earlier this year I had surgery to cut the muscle radially so food would get into my stomach. I was coughing so much I gave myself a hernia on top of it all. Now I don't cough any more.
hey Kym, love the content! I don't know if you know that it was a possibility, but you can also take the high-speed train (TGV) straight from CDG, and that could have dropped you in Aix-en-Provence which is A. very cute, and B. slightly closer to Le Castellet. Plus it would have been interesting to see your take on the train!
Isn’t it interesting, previously a cough would just annoy us but now we are worried for what it could be as well as it being annoying! The food looked fantastic and as for the wine, the nonalcoholic bubbles are all pretty bad with most being sickly sweet, the nonalcoholic wine alternatives aren’t too bad and some are pretty good but you need to be open to trying them to find them.
I was told to eat grapes between tasting wines to negate the lingering taste and allow appreciation of the new . Can't be sure if they should be red or white grapes.
Kym, are your biz/first class travels all self funded? If so, I aspire to be a F1 photographer so I can travel the world in style! Although I'm aware Kym has other businesses and income. How much does an average F1 photographer make anyway?
I notice that there's no more 20-second-ish short tips video, but that 'and stay passionate' person always different. sorry for my english. big fan of your channel!!
Kym, I’ve read some studies that your tast buds don’t work as well in an airplane … so, try the wine with your feet on the ground as well? Before you knock them… And I’m NOT a wine drinker at all
