Many of you all enjoyed my ‪@ChloeTing‬ Abs workout challenge and I wanted to bring you another video. So, I decided to take on ‪@alexis‬ abs workout. (tbh I almost gave up) During this workout, I lost a total of 2 inches around my waist.. crazzzyyyy rightt?! I also included some pictures of the food I ate during the workout. Losing weight is mostly about diet. 70-80%. But workout gives you that dream toned body that is impossible to achieve with diet

try to stiffen your neck and keep it straight so you can engage your core and use it to pull you up, instead of just bending your neck

You can look straight to the ceiling or things like flutter kicks, you don’t need to lift your head

When ur neck is hurting that means that ur neck is doing all the work and is getting strained. When that happens u should rlly try and engage ur core, or else ur gonna have bad neck pains and u don t want that. Stay safe!

Every time I lose motivation to workout I tell myself: “you want that dream body? well there’s a price to pay.” And idk it boosts my energy levels lol UPDATE: It’s been 4 days since I’ve been following the Alexis Ren ab workout and I’m noticing my tummy is looking flatter and toned so far. UPDATE: y’all so since I’ve posted this comment I’ve been eating at a caloric deficit and incorporating different workouts so that my body wouldn’t get used to this workout. I’m now at my desired weight and I’m striving to build muscle now, so please don’t give up because if my lazy ass could do it so could you 😂💖 + ALSO when I workout I put vicks on my tummy, then wrap my waist with Saran Wrap, and put on my waist trainer ( I only did this because of a TikTok I saw and I think that’s been helping me lose belly fat.) I also made sure to drink lots of water. Additionally, I drank green tea and poured a little apple cider vinegar and that has helped me lose weight.

@@ieatpancreas2005 AHHAAHh, I think the same. Whenever I feel like I don't want to, I PUSH myself and make it happen. OMG, after the workout, I start to LOVE and feel SUPERRRR proud the WHOLE day til the next day. This is what we need to love one another day too.

If your neck hurts u r doing abs wrong :) u should always relax in your hands and look to the ceiling ❤️

you are somewhat correct but your neck is in the air for a very long time in this workout, for example, bicycle crunch, heel touch, etc. you don't need to look at the ceiling, you have to look straight so your neck won't cramp

@@theeleventhhour96 im sorry but your neck is off the ground for a very long time. I suggest you do some stretches after you finish working out so it can relax your neck. For plank if your back hurts, you doing it wrong. Your back is supposed to be straight. Not arch forward or your butt drooping down. Squeeze your abs and engage your core when doing a plank. Dont look up when doing a plank. It gets hard but you will get it.

FIGHTING FOR YOU! but yea this exercise is great but the amount of times your neck is in the air is bad. If you cant to a plank try doing a high plank! And your welcome!

I have tried chloe ting and alexis ren’s abs workouts and I would say go with alexis ren’s. her workout is way more intense and made my abs sore the next day. chloe ting puts in breaks and it isn’t as intense, so my abs were never sore doing her 2 weeks shred.

@@aliciawilchcombe3751 it means u can chose what exercise you want i dont remember which one was on the screen but if the one shes doing is to hard u can chose to do the Russian twist and u do them instead of the ones shes doing and if u chose to do the ones she doing then dont do the Russian twist. Hope this helped

I'm 25 inches and is 50 something kg. Is that normal for a 16 yr old girl? And my height is really not quite tall for a 16 yr old girl.

Mónica Aguilú no. I think you’re just hating because it did work and YOU can’t believe it. She worked hard for two straight weeks and ate healthy. Putting your muscles into that much action will fire up your muscles and will start to show. She already has a flat tummy and she was firing up her ab muscles for two straight weeks so OF COURSE she will have some formation in her abs. Everyone has different body types. Obviously I know that I’m not gonna get the same results as her because I don’t have her same body type but it will make a change in my body, just not in the same way and it will take me longer, obviously. Please educate yourself before you comment and don’t be so negative.

You can do Chloe Ting program and then see the results then try Ren's workouts and compare them .For me , I've always been doing Chloe Ting's programs and I'm used to it : to her voice, the program's style everything and I'm not ready to change cos I still have awesome results .

How I give myself motivation: Whenever I feel like I don't want to exercise, I PUSH myself and make it happen just for that little moment. It only takes for about 1 minute, and u do the rest. OMG, after the workout, I start to LOVE day and feel SUPERRRR proud til the next day. This is what I need to love one another day too. And I also remember: "today's decision is tomorrow's results", or say something positive to myself in order to continue! U say that every single day, and u won't realize which day u are at and how on earth u did that? LOL🤭 THEN you'll realize: Gym is the best, and it destroys the laziness". I hope this helped and give many people motivation and halp u continue on your work. Please don't end it there and stay SUPER strong. JUST REMEMBER: it won't make u strong only in gym, but also other life problems and similar stuff like exams and other. This is how I learned to stay positive and solved many of my life problems by pushing myself for a bit, and I do the rest work without hating it💜💜😤😤😤. Edit: I edited a little bit so it gives more motivation, I am not thankful for likes I got, but happy for that it workd and helped many peoples💜

You know what ACTUALLY works in only 14 days to define your abs? DIET. That’s it. Sure, exercise is very nice and will make you stronger in noticeable way overtime but unless you are doing heavy lifting along with a special diet (again) program to grow muscle mass nothing is going to show in 14 days, and even with lifting abs are a special though challenge. So yeah... don’t expect anything without implementing a diet as well.

If you keep your neck neutral during workouts it won't be sore. Keep your back and neck aligned in a straight line. It takes some getting used to if it's your first time doing certain workouts, but you get it after a while. Good job!

I would recommend Alexis Ren and Holly Dolke workouts for people who want fast results. Both of them are intense and you can definitely see a difference after a week(if you also go on a diet as well). I also recommend using Chloe Ting’s warming up before doing the exercises of Alexis and Holly because you will have less muscle pain the next day. I do these three workouts 2x a day and I’m definitely seeing a result.

Doing this after weight workouts and my diet are so easy just fasting eat more protein for 14 days and I lost my waist 3 inches, from 115lbs to 106lbs. (It’s so hard 😂 but I make it work) If I can do it you all can! ❤

I am not an expert so don't take my word to heart, but if you really are skinny then doing just this workout once a day and eating as you regularly would could give results. This workout is to tone, so if you are not in a caloric deficit you won't lose tol much weight. Weight loss is basically 20% excersise and other activities and 80% food. As long as you eat when you're hungry, and don't do much(or any) cardio you shouldn't lose much or any weight. Once more I am not an expert so don't quote me.

In the before photo, she stuck out her belly, in the after photo, she stood up straight and sucked in with better lighting. I’m sure the exercise helped her strengthen a little bit, but ab exercises do not burn fat like that in just 2 weeks. It takes many months of a caloric deficit to burn away that kind of fat.

i’ve been doing this in the morning and night. today was my fourth day and i just did my pm workout. i’ve noticed my stomach is flatter and my waist is getting more of a hourglass shape and i’m gonna start biking a couple miles a day. alexis’ video is easier for me bc it’s intense and fast.

My first 2 weeks i’ve done Chloe’s workout. Its not that intense but on my 3rd-4th day I can already see the result and since I just started working out again for years I can actually follow and finish the workout. After that I tried Alexis Ren’s workout its more intense than Chloe’s but doing her workout first will help you follow Alexis ren’s intense workout. L

I started with Alexis ren and did it for about a week and after that i switched to chloe ting's, i feel like with chloe ting i started seing results instantly! and also with chloe tings workout, u get 10 second breaks what makes it a lot more pleasant! So if you're doubting between the two i'd deff recommend chloe ting!

Im doing Chloe's workout and after 2 days im already seeing oblique lines and more ab lines coming in. The only thing is that i started two weeks ago with Bailey 5min workout and emi wongs hiit. So im in week three technically of working out. Your results are amazing. Anyone trying to quarantine tone up you can do it. Start with 5 min workouts then increase .

Im on day 5 of chloes qorkout and although everything burns a lot i havent really seen much of a difference tbh :/ maybe i need more time

@@edonakastrati1466 you probably have to change your diet or slightly change your everyday lifestyle, like not sitting around all day and stuff like that, because then your body continues burning calories

i started just working out in general about three days ago and im already seeing results! i started chloe's workout yesterday and today was rlly hard but i might try to do chloe's and alexis' workouts together? idk

Hey! Great video! I'm not a fitness instructor (yet). But, it may help your neck if, during ab workouts, you try to keep your neck straight. Maybe try to pick a point on the ceiling and look at it when you do exercises like crunches, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, scissors, etc... This works for me!

I don't think just from doing a ab workout for 2 weeks can lose that much. Other things are in the mix. Like diet! Do tell all, not just doing a little workout
