This is the only channel i need to be subscribed to, i am positive that these work outs will help me lose weight and gain muscle. Thankfully i do have a few dumbbells at home to work with. I hope that in 1 year i can send you a before and after pic following your guidance down to the letter.

I just discovered your channel a few days ago and your content is absolutely amazing. I am doing every day some of your exercises ( because I cannot do them all yet, I know I need hard work to achieve that ). But I am curious about some things and maybe if it is not too much trouble you can share some information....cand you tell me what is your height and body weight ? maybe your body fat percentage if you measured it ? Also when you train how far up does your heart rate go ? and afterwards when you just sit around what is your heart rate value ? Thanks and keep uploading content because you are helping a lot of people and inspire us !
