I really hate that they changed these legendary characters events to the shitty thing they did for the horsemen, I always relied on being patient and unlocking the character via milestone resets :/

@boilon - Thank you for putting this together. I was really discouraged initially by the Nova, Black Cat, and Green Goblin events. Your guide made Black Cat and Nova a breeze!! Nearly completed Green Goblin. Just need to beef my toons up some. Content creators like you make MSF more fun and navigable. Thanks again!

What sucks about these new trials on Classic Goblin is the first milestone is locked behind difficulty 8. Not able to get remaining shards to get him to 7 stars.
Mystic villains and global controller are the tough part of black cat for me. Only just got MLF and don't have doom, dorm, or omega red yet. I'll get there some day. Good thing these repeat every 2 weeks now
I was able to do Difficulty 8 with easy and didn't select all pacts. I didn't select the ones that gave my opponents more HP, the war stuff etc. it was still 1.4 million for all 300 shards to get it done. You do have to be careful on the Mystic and Global sections as someone toons get hit hard if you holding back. Sylvie and Magento for example took a lot of damage despite being lvl 90/95 toons
This is great, although if I don't already have Doom, Dormammu, Nova. Black Cat or CGG who can I sub for them in those nodes? Level 80 here, thank you!
If DD6 is still a goal, I would probably avoid BiFrost including Vahl at this point. Do the minimum to get by SIM'ing your raids with BiFrost (IE. G16, L90). Vahl isn't even DD6 material anymore, as plenty of other Mystics have way better value in other modes currently (Eternals, Quicksilver, Spider Weaver) and DD7 (Doom, Dormammu) and they deserve your scarce Mystic gear more.
I disagree. Vahl is still very much Dark Dimension material and she isn't off the list for DD7. the Mystic gear is irrelevant when you're comparing Doom or Dorm because thats the very last lane of DD7.
I'm confused about how these trials work. what's the point of having difficulties 1-6 ? you can't collect any rewards playing there. if you don't have the required teams, you can't play diff 8, so your only choice is diff 7, with some pacts. after 2 days playing trials, I haven't collected any rewards, so I can't just slowly collect shards, like we did before.
not sure what you mean about D1-6. This is probably because you already have character shards, so playing that has value for other players. In order to get 6/7 star you'll need to play at the D7/8 level though (minus nova)
@@Boilon milestone rewards start at 900k for me, which I can't reach without building the required teams. I unlocked the characters at 500k playing diff4, in past trials.
Question: ive recently got back into the game after about a year off, and finally unlocked doom. i've been wondering if it's better to try to go for apocalypes/Dormamu, attempt to keep up with current events for out of time/mercs for money, or go towards the trial characters? i dont wanna spread my resources too thin by trying to do all of them
I would focus on the Dark Dimension climb personally. Apocalypse is very much an aside thought as you need enough blue4/5 ions before you can really unlock him properly (gear aside). I would be considering the latest teams starting with Sup Six (should be farmable soon, S6 great patch). I would focus on things that are like last 9-months in terms of age.
thanks a bunch! i leveled the sinister six a bunch when they were bad cause i liked the characters, and I just got GG from the trial, so i've got a nice headstart on them (along with quicksilver whom is never a bad option so i hear). Do you actually need Black Cat and Classic Green goblin? I have my sinister six all at level 75 so do I need to focus on unlocking them at this point. I just unlocked Black Knight and Iron Patriot and thought about building B Knight.
You're going to have a pretty hard time without these. They are end game legendaries so I mean yeah you can level sub par characters but its far from ideal and might get you stuck.
I was able to get Nova and Black Cat at 7 star, but I haven't built up New Avengers to get 7 star Green Goblin. Does anyone know the minimum for NA to get them through for a 7 star GG? My Rebirth was Cap and Carter at G18 and the others at G15 and I was able to get him to 6 star.
you would def need to get them at least as high as your rebirth. for comparison, my hivemind at gear 14 got me morgan la fay to 7 stars with room to spare, while with a gear 14 new avengers i couldn't get my red hulk past four stars. and they are allready struggling. though i have neither maxed on t4's. rebirth is def. better with the sustain, though they have less hitting power, where they mostly depend on agent venom, new avengers has tigra, ronin and the thing for that. NA are a good team, great at sprints, just not much on the sustain. no revives, and mockingbird is simply too slow on the healing side, that besides the minions having little value beyond just hitting fodder, which is mostly the reason i got past those nodes ironically, the cap and carter combo is superb, they are pretty good as plug and play, for sustain and protect.
