at first the police cruiser track seemed a little cheesy but i totally fell in love with it. i mean the music is gorgeous anyway, and the little car noises are sort of child-like adorable
Strings of time popped up in spotify while i was driving. it was a pitch black night but I had great visibility because i was completely alone so I had my high beams on, I was going at 117km/h exactly. The tarmac of the highway was new too.
I rarely comment on anything, even if I like the video, but this time I could not resist the temptation. This album left me wordless. During the first 10 minutes I was motionlessly staring at the screen, having a hard time to believe my ears. I'm not a fan of shoegaze or synthwave, and definetely not a black metal fan, but this is indescribebly divine. That's work of some god. I'm close to tears at this moment, and I don't cry a lot
In case you wanna soothe your ears a little more, there are some bands who follow that distinguished style of Black Metal with post-rock elements. Give a try to Skyforest's album "Unity", A Light In The Dark, Unreqvited, Violet Cold, Eleventh Vibration, Alcest and Astronoid. Hope you find something you like
3 Years too late, but Shadows of the Dying sun definitely leaves you with a similar "ethereal" feeling after it's over, same with this, even if almost completely different genre.
I remember listening to one band same genre synthwave black gaze. And I can't remember the name but I remember they were a French band and had a three word name. But basically this same sound.
Im at 99 subs so lets start to pick bands and songs. *Removed* When 9eCN3 picks a band ill let you know so you can choose the last song. Let me know if this is confusing.
