the only way i can describe the wiring in this vehicle is ABSURD. Watch this entire video and you might agree. There is over 50 cables on this fuse holder and distro bar and i am NOT done yet. I have more to attach for the rear bank (if i decide to use it). Today i live streamed the progress on my Instagram channel as i am a little further along than this. Follow me and get early updates WAY before it hit's this channel! >> instagram.com/meade916 and thanks for watching if you did!
I don't like simping on people's videos but I was very very impressed with your fabrication of the alternator bracket. The necessary geometry, belt wrap and pullies needed to make everything work smoothly boggles my mind thumbs way up reppin north bay san rafael
I use that Crimper as an Electrician from time to time and I can say without a doubt that thing is worth it's weight in gold. Keep up the clean work Steve.
Man! This is what it's all about! It's not about the finished product! It's about everything else! The designing, the try and fails, the wins and most importantly finding out what works! Steve your idea's on this truck our truly out of this WORLD! The under hood stuff is WOW! When I saw that Battery Rack! That joint blow my MINE! Can't wait for the next video! Until then brother!
These videos are great for people like me who might not have an idea where to start and want to see how it's done . It's helpful and amazing to watch it all come together as well. Beautiful work.
When the materials, wiring, alternators, batteries and the rest of the sound system cost more than the vehicle itself. Awesome install. Beautiful work.
man i was second guessing that milwaukee crimper. not so much now. i bet those strippers and crimper saved HOURS of time, not having to get the cable to length, then pull it, terminate it, and re run it. kick ass wiring man.
Looks great man, awesome cable managment, and custom creativity, good job man, hope to see it in person some day, I use your distribution blocks and fuse holders in my personal vehicle and the quality is top of the line.
SMD and Laguna bringing the audio installers into the 21st century. Epic!! I now know I need some Laguna in my boat shop... would save me soooooo much time.
Wow! I used to be an installer at D-Tronics in Harlingen, Tx back in the 90s. And most of all the plexiglass cutting we did by hand, wow technology today.
holy shit Steve... Gimme a second to scrape my jaw off of the floor.........I have only been a installing car audio "professionally" for about three years but i am just gobsmacked by your dedication to the Hoe. I mean dude, that install is clean asf. It doesnt surprise me by looking at all your previous builds, el grande de bajo!!!! any tips for anyone looking to get into SPL?

Around 1:50 minutes in I was like dam he got some damage! Then I realized it was a reflection of a flex pipe in the back ground . Good thing! keep up the the craziness

Love the wire up videos bro as always amazing work. Those distros are super clean and the wire is on point as always. Keep up the great work bro. Ready for the vibrations!
Been following the Tahoe build for a minute. Watching it get a makeover is bitter sweet, but she’s gonna be a monster when she’s done. These vids just keep getting more and more insane. I love it. #BASSHEADS4LYFE
Wow holy wires Batman !!! wish I could run 2 runs of wire like that can't afford that but man it's nice love the videos man keep up the work been watching for years
I bet thats night and day difference on crimping rather than soldering and i'm sure it goes 100X faster too. Seems like that was a good investment in the tool as many feckin runs of wire there is. This is getting crazier and crazier day by day. keep up the good work!
