You need up to date information out here Their are many new inverters that can do now what was expensive 7 years ago

I dont want grid connected.. but I do want microinverter for their benefit and batteries. Thus an AC coupled system.

at 5:00 when the grid is out the inverter should be off due to anti-islanding

That is why I have never wanted an AC coupled system. Historically, when the power is down, it takes your PV offline, too.

I read some manufacturers' AC coupling adds a battery based hybrid inverter and backfeeds the grid-tie inverter to charge the batteries when the grid is down/ Essentially the hybrid inverter tricks the grid-tie inverter into staying on
