Oh wow Biz, Countdown!!! Yes, I used to watch this every Sunday at 6.30pm. It went from 1974-1985?. Ian"Molly" Meldrum hosted the show. It certainly gave thousands of artists a kick start to their careers... even ACDC. This is the ACDC, or ACCADACCA, as we call them here in Australia!

Do. ' Touch too Much'. One of their best songs with Bon. Not everyone knows it but great song. They were more blues based rock n roll in these days.

I don't know about the best but one of my favorite Bon Scott AC/DC songs is, If You Want Blood(You've got it). Great music great vocals great lyrics great delivery.

I watched an interview the other day with Angus... He said everytime he steps on stage, he is not playing to all his old fans, he seeks out the young people who have never seen him before and puts all his energy to playing for the new fans, that's what keeps him going the way he does...he wants to blow away the new kids lol... thought that was so cool of a way to look at things.

Angus is the "Energizer Bunny" of Rock. He just "keeps going and going and going".... Even if you're not into AC/DC you have to love that guy!!!! Also, Brian Johnson has been the lead singer for 41 years people.... most of AC/DC's hits have been with Brian. And... Reminder..... Bon Scott had met Brian and was so impressed with him that he told the guys in the band about him. That's how Angus and Malcolm were able to fill Bon's shoes so quickly..... Just saying.... Actually, this live song is better than the studio version. The energy, audience, watching Bon, Angus, I woulda been bummed if you didnt get to see the real shit, Bon Scott, hot damn 💕 He was so Charismatic, a raw, wild, sexually charged male and he was adored. He had a great sense of humour, never acting like he the shit; just another bloke (bloke = man..casual "hey bloke" "they were a couple of nice blokes". When Bon passed away so did AC/DC. I just couldn't handle the new guy's voice; like nails on a chalkboard. But glad they kept the group & fans togethet. I just watch Bon Scott 😁💕👆🎵

Angus goes Mach 10 with his hair on fire every song. 1979 ...high school and this hits the airwaves.....we all kinda looked at each other and said- whose that? AC/DC ....ok....new band.....great. Keep in mind, 1979 is also when Van Halen went out on tour again....I saw them live, not AC/DC back then.....wish I’d seen them for sure. Rock on 🤘😎🔥

This song was used in the movie Final Destination during a highway horror scene. It was apparently a great choice because now I get freaked out if this song comes on while I'm driving.

Dude, I agree with you 1000%. Bon Scott was the man! I'm not really into the next guy. He's alright I guess (I'm trying hard not to offend anybody), but Bon was undoubtedly one of the greatest rock n' roll singers to ever walk the planet, and if we're talking all out energy with a naturally blessed distortion in his voice, he's right up there with Little Richard (both absolutely amazing). So many great Bon Scott AC/DC songs, but I'll pick "TOUCH TOO MUCH" as a recommendation for your next reaction. Alternate pick would be "IT'S A LONG WAY TO THE TOP (IF YOU WANNA ROCK 'N' ROLL)". It wasn't just the difference in voice it was the song writing too. To get a true feel for Bon Scott's genius - She's Got the Jack " or "Big Balls" show sense of humor ( the Jack is VD in Australia) . Showcasing Bon and Angus " Ride On" awesome bluesy number. Long Way to the Top of course also shows bagpipes lol. From a purely talent point of view "Ride On "

The great Bon Scott! Look up the Live in Paris show, it will blow you away. One of the top 3 concerts of all time and nobody reacts to it. You should be able to get it here on youtube.

Adding to the story. Not taking anything away from Brian Johnson , but he joined After the band had made it . So the whole feel changed. Not in a bad but different. He wasn't there for the struggles. Different experiences . They lost some of the humor and hard times. Still great . Bon's tongue in cheek in your face attitude. It's like listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd music written with Johnny Van Zant instead of Ronnie. It's still great but it's missing something. Hard to explain.

Let you know that Bon Scott was there 2 nd singer. Fist was Dave Evans, he didn’t last long.
