ACDC played 3 nights in a row, with nearly 300,000 people each night. Nearly 1 million rocked that weekend. That is music for the masses.

Over three nights there at The River Plate, around 250,000 mad crazy hard rock Argentinian fans had the time of their lives. I'd have loved to be there myself.

Yes, AC/DC is great in concert! Saw them twice back in the 1980s. For Those About To Rock We Salute You is fantastic live! Go see them if you ever get the chance, you won't regret it.

Cool factoid about the AC/DC Buenos Aries concerts in December 2009. A seismic station over 100 miles away actually picked up seismic activity from all 3 shows at River Plate Stadium! And the floor of the stadium had to be completely replaced after AC/DC left town. Those Argentinians sure know how to have a good time!

Great reaction! I was there, dec 2nd 2009 at River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires. That's one of the best concerts I've ever been too, probably along with "The last concert" from Soda Stereo, also at River Plate. I recommend you to give them a reaction! You can try "De musica ligera (el ultimo concierto), and expand that rock music enjoyment!

A short story. I'm a huge baseball fan and was an avid Seattle Mariners fan back in 2005. They had a relief pitcher, JJ Putz, who used this song for his walk in music and the one game my wife and I were at, he was called in to relieve the pitcher. As he began his walk-in, this song started on their incredible sound system and let me tell you, Safeco Field was ROCKIN'! It was loud and the fans were going crazy just like the ones in this video. Shows how much AC/DC influenced people, IMHO.

They opened this concert with "Rock n Roll Train"... after an 8 year hiatus, the crowd exploded. It's designed to get them wound up and oh my god... Watch it.

It is rare in a band, but ANGUS YOUNG (lead guitar) is the youngest person in the band, and the leader, although his brother Malcolm and he started the band in 1973 with their first singer Dave Evans, then they hired Bon Scott in 1974. He took the band to wordwide stardom by 1979 and died in early 1980. Brian Johnson (the Newcastle England native shown here) joined in 1980 and is still going strong (for his age) today. My favorite song of their's is RIDE ON (album version). It is their only slower blues song in their entire catalog.

I saw them on the For Those About to Rock tour (and several others) and they opened the show with Hells Bells. The anticipation of the crowd was palpable. The stage was completely black when the guitar started. Then about 4 bars in a single spotlight shined on a platform about 12 feet above the stage and there was Angus just tearing it up. I've never seen a crowd react like that night. Not once to that level in literally hundreds of big venue concerts. So good live. My favorite song by them is between two. Beatin Around the Bush is an amazing open road driving song. Get out on the highway, tell your passenger to shut up for 5 minutes and crank that song. It's a near spiritual experience. The other is Have A Drink On Me, the driving power mixed with the slighly blues-y riff is so good. Honorable mention for best pure hooks: Gone Shootin and If You Want Blood. Super catchy hooks.

I grew up in the same area as the Young brothers, although they were a little older. AC/DC actually played at my high school, when they were a fledgling band with Dave Evans on vocals. I think it was 1973. They transformed when they got Bon Scott on vocals, and moved their sound into that which we all came to know and love. Keep up the good work, Red. Cheers from Australia.

Just flew my family from Boston to Dresden Germany last week to see them and it was epic! Ive seen them a bunch of times but it was our 15 year olds first concert and he loved it.

Saw them in the 1970's at Festival Hall Brisbane as teenager .Bon Scott was the singer and had ties to The Easy Beats and also Flash and the Pan . Australia's greatest export after Vegemite.

See them many times, my 2 favorites were at the Boston Garden for the Back in Black tour and saw them in Frankfurt Germany for their Fly on the Wall tour.... walked away from that one with one shoe. Easily one of the most fun converts you could attend... favorite song is an obscure little tune from the 70s called Up to my Neck in you.

My first real concert was AC/DC Razors Edge tour back in '90. Sat 5th row center, I will say that unlike so many bands, what you hear on a CD is what you get in concert, though of course they may improv a bit etc.. but there are no back up singers, or orchestras, and at least sitting where I was the mix was perfect and it was just like a live version of the CD I had listened to so many times already. With the wall of marshall full stack amps, my ears rang for a few days afterward, but I just can't seem to regret that. Thunderstruck has long been one of my favorites, before that it was probably TNT, though Long way to the top, with the bagpipes is fun too.

First saw them in 1974/75 with original singer Bon Scott (Leith Town Hall, Edinburgh, Scotland). Brian Johnson, from the Newcastle band Geordie, a natural replacement.

Great reaction as always! Legendary band, awesome song, and that crowd is incredible. Did you notice the entire stadium shaking at the first chorus? So cool, and everyone totally into the music without it being a sea of phone screens. I miss those days for sure! Funny AC/DC story - when I was a kid, a friend brought the Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap cassette into school... I got it playing through the school library's group audio learning station so a bunch of us could all listen at the same time through headphones. We all ended up getting in trouble and sent to the office because one of the kids listening forgot where he was and started singing "Big Balls" out loud. Oops. lol

I ve been there in the mid 90s. It was beyond words from the 1st till the last second. And they do that kind of performance for hours. No one gets tired. My favourite is "Back In Black"

I've seen them no less than a dozen times....seriously. There are many fav, but two that come to mind are 'Whole Lot of Rosie' and Bad Boy Boogie... But, I don't believe they recorded a bad song.

I got to see them on their Black Ice tour in Vancouver and they were amazing! Just as much energy . Angus never stopped running all around the stage the whole time! He must have done a mini marathon during that show and never slowed down or missed a beat.
