On January 16th, 2015, Roberto Nardi, director of CCA, Centro di Conservazione Archeologica of Rome, presented the conservation program of the VI century mosaic of the Trasfiguration of Christ in the Monastery of Saint Catherine in Sinai, just completed. The conference was held at the Academy of Egypt in Rome, was presented by the Director of the Academy, Prof Gihane Zaki and moderated by Prof Gael de Guichen.
