La regione Sardegna non protegge né valorizza il suo inestimabile patrimonio archeologico. Oggetto di furti , razie, e scavi abusivi, nel disinteresse di chi dovrebbe proteggerlo e tutelarlo.

Nice video... A little imprecise though. Zeugma is a Greek town since the times of Alexander the Great. That's why all frescoes and inscriptions are in Greek, and they depict Greek Mythology. Romans passed later from the place.
Letters in Mosaics are Greek and I could clearly read them as Greek is my mother language. We need no more proof of the Greek history of ZEUGMA (= ΖΕΥΓΜΑ: a bridge or other construction on river banks)
Zeugma is a Greek city that was founded in the early 3rd century BC as the city of Seleucia by Seleucus I Nicator, a successor to Alexander the Great. Take well care of these amazing Greek cultural treasures.
This is the best video I have ever seen on You Tube! Could someone please give me the name of the museum and the city where it is - please? I have to see these in person someday.
The museum is located on Hacı Sani Konukoğlu Bulvarı, in the Mithatpaşa District of Şehitkamil, Gaziantep, Turkey. gaziantep.ktb.gov.tr/EN-200730/zeugma-mosaic-museum.html
Zeugma was a Greek town. Seleucia on the Courier or Seleucia on the Euphrates or simply Couple was an ancient Hellenistic city in present-day southeastern Turkey. The area at that time was part of Upper Syria, belonged to the Seleucid kingdom and for a time to the kingdom of Kommagini. Wikipedia

Just gave the 666th like :D By the way, the only relation that the Roman empire had with those towns is that they conquered them. Zeygma is a Hellenic word, given to a Hellenic town.
From 64 BC onwards the city was ruled by the Romans and the inhabitants were living in the Roman Empire. Yes the city was founded as a Greek settlement but they were conservating the Roman town of Zeugma, not the ancient Greek one. Likewise we are not excavating the Oscan or Samnite town of Pompeii but the Roman Pompeii.
