In Accenture internet allowance is 1000 WFH set up is 18000 As a experienced person I received a very decent pay. Variable pay is once is 6 months . April and November. But now a days Accenture has stopped welcome kit.

That's totally depend on your choice of interest. If you feel that you are good at consulting go for ernst and young.. Or else Accenture. Growth opportunities are equal in both the fields and since both the companies have global presence, you will get to learn a lot from these. And cheers to your career 🍻

As I said, you have to pay back joining bonus of rs 25k and you have 90 days notice period from the date of resignation. So, if you haven't joined yet, reconsider if you have other career options.
