Well done.. The best on Forms.. There is only one area you should be careful.. in the creation of Subform you deleted the RetailerID .. but some how it came back when you connected the subform to the mainform..

@30:30 you are inserting a new record, and as soon as you hit the tap from qty the "total" dynamically gets calculated, while the the text box for subtotal above does not dynamically gets updated unless you move to a new record. how is it possible to have the calculation dynamically calculated as soon as I type the value? thanks

Pls sir I have main form with subform, I want the value of (1200) on field(txtAmount) on the mainform to also appeared on the subform field (tztAmount). I have a button on main form , so which VBA code will do it.

Is there a way to create a form that has multiple drop-down menus and in the subform it will populate which items in the dropdown menus were selected and how many? lets say 20 drop down menus each have the option RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE, INDIGO, VIOLET Then when the user selects the values from the dropdown menus, a subform will populate the choices and the quantities. example if the user selects only REDs from the form's dropdown menu, the subform will say RED - 20 if the user selects 2 of each at random dropdown menus and the remaining BLUE the subform will say RED - 2 ORANGE -2 YELLOW - 2 GREEN - 2 BLUE - 8 INDIGO - 2 VIOLET - 2

Thanks for this, but at around 5:20 you do not explain the logic behind which items you're adding in the query. You just say I"'m adding this, and I'm adding that. It would be useful to understand WHY because in you could've added the exact same field from a different table with the same ID name.

in the creation of the form query you offer no explanation of the reasoning behind it. what does it facilitate and why, so many people say they have helpful information this and many other videos seem to only be for monetization or to somehow prove YOU know what YOU are doing... great you can make an order form, so can everyone else...
