16:42 When Access Hollywood debuted back on September 9, 1996 on most NBC O&O stations, including my NBC station WCAU, the entire set for Access Hollywood is styled like a movie theater or a Hollywood walk of fame themed. Since Season 2 premiered in September 8, 1997, this show's set added the glass tiles with an LED text scroll on top of it, and the anchor desk is installed with an Access Hollywood logo on front of a desk. But after Christmas Day 1997, the searchlights, Los Angeles/Hollywood skyline, and the show's logo was removed. And the blue light is behind the glass tiles (acting as a chroma key green screen) in preparation for a new set for a remainder of season 2 until it was complete in late March 1998.
