Safe Spaces, Horizontal Leadership, Quotas are some of the things that were introduced in my company over the past 7 years. I work in IT and there's so much chaos now. Not doing the work like lifting servers, cabling, or troubleshooting and leaving early...getting angry if you don't or can't complete their work. One woman even playfully called men simple-minded in a meeting with directors and managers, just ignored it. I got tired of the non-sense and left a well-paying job. So when these women complain about men not wanting to work, they sound like out-of-touch banshees. They've nearly made it unsafe for men to work, constantly tiptoeing about feelings before task completion. Great video. I'm just over half way. I wonder how happy these women are going to be when they're 50+ years old with no children of their own. At that point they will be much less attractive and simply won't be able to pull men who they think qualify to them. While now divorced, I have one kid, a son, and having and raising a kid has been, and still is the greatest joy in my life. It's my view, while highly demanding, having immediate family is a fundamental source of happiness in humans. These highly financially successful women have a high likely hood of being ultimately alone and miserable when they get older.

Im wealthy and been single for yrs. I also know others who are wealthy that have been single for years. The best thing for average men and women seems to be to marry and start a family young. OK, 3 minutes in Robert says they acquire debt which means they don't pay taxes legally - ok great, but it's still not free money. There's this thing call interest and collateral. You're paying back more than you borrowed and if you fail to pay back the loans, your assets can be repossessed. So whilst you may not pay tax on the money initially, you're still paying a percentage on what you borrow. Also, taxes come into effect when you start buying things with said money. So if you buy real estate, you are subject to taxes, I'm not sure where this idea is coming from that getting yourself into loads of debt has no consequences? Technically it's pretty stressful, because everything you're boasting about owning can be taken away from you in any given moment. Why debt is being glamorised here, is beyond me.
I wonder, evolutionarily, do men have a stronger desire for children than women, or is it about equal (not sex drive, but desire to have children in their life-plan)? e.g. if man historically was assertive enough, women would not have needed to evolve an actual desire for children - reproduction would happen regardless of female desire... Maybe childlessness is a reflection of an underlying truth that given choice, more women than expected don't actually want children (or, would give up having children instead of "settling")?
