Nice! I've always wanted to see these with actual voice work. Was a big fan of Ervine Online's edits where he gave Trigger (and his occasional WSO) subtitles, so seeing them get an actual voice- even if it is AI- is pretty cool.
After what they've been through in this episode and how vulnerable they were with each other about their fears and whatnot, it makes sense that they'd develop a close enough bond to just talk shit later on to cope with the dangers of their jobs.

In mission 444, when theyre taking off I hear a voice I dont recognise hat says "Control would you kindly send me up first?" As spare 8 is taking a forced takeoff, so idk maybe thats triggers voice
Er...are you talking about the actual voice actors for the other characters? Because those guys are pretty bad. Worse than the AI I put in for Trigger and Pickme.
@@Dindyracer Like I don't care if the back seater doesn't make conversation, just simply doing call outs would be enough. Just make them seem actually important so that the double seater jets are more unique.
I think it’s one of the things lost in translation from the Japanese version. I think it’s supposed to say “Aircraft of unidentified origin,” meaning that they don’t know who sent the bombers.
Aww...missed Trigger rescuing Golem 2. Also, not bad...wouldnt mind the rest of em, especially when it gets hectic in the later missions and the, you know, jail stuff, ha. Not sure how many more 2 seaters were in the game. I did use the Tomcat -alot- though

Most impressive. The voice acting is great and I like Trigger’s and PickMe’s personalities. I wish the game launched like this. Also I love the addition of Warhawk music at 9:23.
I'm an AC fan, I came across this channel by chance. I have to say that Trigger and Pickme's dialogue is beyond great. Well contextualized. Namco-Bandai should take notes from these videos. "Pickme" wouldn't have been the nickname I came up with for the new character, but somehow it's catchy.
Oh, I know. I write that into the dialogue to educate the audience but normies aren't gonna understand it if I put it in the title. On the other hand...maybe it could get people curious. They could be like "Wtf is a RIO?" and it could get more clicks. Kinda on the fence about it.
I figured as much, but I like the F-14 Tomcat too much and I felt it would've been weird for him to just have some life-size action figure sitting behind him. And the military letting him fly a Tomcat without a RIO - I know this game franchise as a whole isn't supposed to be realistic, but that's one of those details I'm not gonna let....fly. 😎
