You didn't mention anything about the song in the beginning. It has the same pattern as the leitmotif for the soundtrack in AC5 (a.k.a "Razgriz" theme). Not that it proves or disproves anything in your theory, though.

Osea vs Erusea. This should be interesting

After this game comes out we will finally be able to scratch off Assault Horizon and pretend like it was never made! Long live the Strangereal Ace Combat!

Just realised, Trigger has three marks on the tail of his plane, right? Well look at one of the trailers, there’s this girl with a headset, who seems to be the one of the narrators in that and this trailer. In that trailer, she has three lines in dirt marked on the side of her head. Maybe she’s ground crew? Or Trigger ain’t the only one with three strikes? It’s the extended PS4 one

In the Infinite squadron emblem there is an UAV. That makes me think that most of the game there will be many UAVs and very few human pilots (which will surely be "Aces" or Squadron Leaders)

The Bridge of Peace. This Light House seems very important to this games story, judging from the battle taking place by it in the video. Which means theres going to be a mission that involves the player protecting it at all cost along with taking down that giant flying drone carrier. I say this is going to be maybe the 4 or 3 to last mission in this new game.

Hope it continues where AC:05 left off because imo AC:05 had easily the best story in the AC lore.

Also the internal weapons bay of the F-22 housed what looked like Sidewinders (or some AIM-9 varient, probably the AIM-9Z considering the all-aspects seeker on it that let them do a 180), while the external pods had AIM-120 AMRAAMS

The Lighthouse is most likely built in Erusea. The Su-30 at the beginning is obviously trying to defend it from this Osean F-22, as does the FAS airship and its drones.

I sure hope they don't say go dance with the angels again. God that drove me insane

You know, even if old aces dont make appearances in the campaign (since this is between acx and electrosphere and someone here made a good point about why mobius 1 may not return, and if he doesn`t, cipher wont either i guess, maybe blaze but as a mentor or something) i`d wish they made some sort of secret mission, like gauntlet in ACZ where you fight all the aces/ace squadrons of every game 1 after the other, that would be cool. and the final boss should be like this: -easy difficulty: scarface 1 -normal difficulty: mobius 1 -hard difficulty: razgriz 1 -extreme difficulty: cipher / galm 1 and.... -ace difficulty: Mobius1, Galm 1, Scarface 1 and Razgriz 1 on a squadron called "Aces" all of them at the same time. would be cool :P

All i hope is that they make the flight physics more real, that plus PS VR would be amazing

Space elevators? Wow! I hope there would be Corporation War recreation soon except that the reality mode will be turned on instead of a simulator. I can't wait to see XFA-36A and R-103 in HD, or are they already there minus the COFFIN?

In my opinion it could be the second part of Ace Combat 3 several cases. 1. I noticed a little futuristic twist on the principle that structure . 2. Women of the principle could be Rena Hirose, it takes a very similar to that used in the game suit. If so do not wait to see aircraft such as the R -101 or X -49

I just hope Project Aces will compose awesome music for this one too. It's an indispensable component in atmosphere and nostalgia building. The music in the beginning of this trailer instantly brought back memories from AC5. Bringing back Strangereal is a good move too, and the game is PlayStation-exclusive as it should rightfully be.

I liked this analysis, but I think your conclusion on the space elevator being build by Osea with the evidence from AC5 to be incorrect. I always assumed that the "bridge of peace" they were referring to was the mass driver, and I could have sworn there was some other dialog that supported that line of thinking. I'll go and check again to be sure, but great job on the video otherwise! Also, I'm pretty sure that the new world they created in AC infinity is going to slowly bring about the factions of old Strangereal, based off of the storyline from infinity.

This is definitely somewhere either around the time of Ace Combat 3 or before it. I was about to say it looks similar to a suit Rena wears, but I might have remembered it from elsewhere. Either case, when I compared it to her flight suit it looked even MORE advanced. Whether or not that is a flight suit might be why, though.

The person who jumped off of the Space elevator seems to resemble the body of a female as well. Could be Edge, which makes sense because she was the one who told President Harling that she wanted to see the "bridge of peace".

I'm glad they brought back the Strangereal settings. However, I was hoping this time that the "good guys" will be the Belkans (despite of their antagonistic role being similar to the German Empire), and that you take the role of a Balkan fighter pilot who then becomes a ferocious Ace. The Belkans were pretty interesting, following Brett Thompson's interview with several Belkan aces, including the famous Larry "Solo-Wing Pixy" Foulke who is Belkan as well, even though he served the Ustio Airforce as a foreign mercenary. They all showed regret, sorrow, anger, admiration, and fear when speaking about Cipher aka "The Demon Lord Of The Round Table", and how his air-combat prowess affected them and the legendary Balkan War.

This is something that I just thought of. Is there gonna be a special coalition between the Osean Defense Force (ODF) and the Independence States Allied Forces (ISAF) in AC7? I have this feeling that maybe, just maybe, the ISAF will help the ODF fight the Eruesans

I hope they are going back to how things were with the flying physics & make it more realistic. The flying physics in AH were terrible (at least for those of us who are used to the original series) & the boss at the end was stupidly hard even on the easiest difficulty (no it doesn't take sevral dozen missile hits to destroy a single PAK-FA just saying) 1-5 were great & 6 was pretty decent but I felt they totaly shit on the franchise in AH.

I hope you can return to base in this game like in Ace Combat 4, I literally spent hours turning around landing and taking off xD

I thought the bridge was a mention to the Mass Driver we defended on ACV? It was built jointly by Yuktobania and Osea and... well, it is a bridge to outer space of sorts.

Bridge of peace? Sounds like the Mass Driver of the Basset Space Center on the Osean west coast. But then again, as you explained, it could be that Harling had a plan to fund the building of a space elevator

Theory: I know its far fetched but what if the two worlds get connected by some weird anomaly kinda like the warriors games did just less of the whole "god wanting the worlds best warriors to fight". I mean its possible. Myabe the space elevator did something to open a portal?

that would be cool if we had three weapons. like air to air. air to ground. and a special weapon. like a ecm. or like a really long range missles. like they have the AIM-9 a heat seaker. a AIM 120. a long range air to air radar guided. (or AIM-7) and a ground missle like a AGM-65.

Maybe its an alternate history where ISAF lost and the remaining military was impressed into Erusea. So could this one be Erusea Vs Osea. A war so large that it would bring The Demons of Razgriz out of retirement? (Razgriz theme in trailer might hint at it.) Or I am completely over analyzing this thing. Either way see you guys in the skies.

For that final tidbit of the F-18 with markings from the Roosevelt, my bet would be they just reused assets from AH for the picture. Many studios will reuse assets from previous games for early promotional artwork.

I hope they show us a demo of the VR in gameplay. It would be great if they actually make us view events from the cockpit.

It's need to add more details inside the aircraft and a lot to do before fly like switch on the engine one then the engine 2 and close the door and move on the ground and prepare for flying a lot like a real life and the other life must be continue like people flying or doing their life in the city, now you just take care about weather and less details about aircraft and you ignore airstrip and other activities other people, it must be a complete life and we're fighting not the whole life aircraft and fighting you know what I mean, Keep it up .

"However, after a period of slumber, Razgriz returns." maybe the slumber was the peace after the razgriz ended the war. and now they played the razgriz theme at the beginning, with osean raptor. and seeing (apparently) the pilot seems very skilled, maybe its blaze....

In Ace Combat infinity, Edge says "Faster and Higher, will you be the one to go there?" Maybe a reference to the Lighthouse? Also, given that Aigiaon was built using Belkan technology, maybe the aircraft carrying the UAVs was made by Belka? Also are the Comona Islands on Strangereal's equator?

just a thought... since this is strangeal, it could be the space bridge that u defend when osea launches the ssto laser cannon to send to the arkbird. wish list possible return of: razgriz and mobius 1 possible enemies: belkans and eruseans (already proved)

in Ac infinity they say the papillon project would open a new history page right? This could be a portal to a parallel world in this case the world with mobius this would explain the ending of infinity with his emblem and the words: (that day our sky fell the heavens split to create new skies.

Erusea and Osea.... Razgriz and Mobius 1 joining forces??

In AC:AH Legacy, the coup was started because several Useans didn't like Osea's influence. Maybe that's why Erusia is involved?

Based upon what we know so far of Strangereal's history... AC 7 would not particularly be about a war between Osea and Erusea per se but between a newly emerging General Resource (South Belka Munitions/Grunder Industries) against a newly emerging Neucom (Erusea Space) with the apparatus of the states of Osea and Erusea being their proxies. From AC:AH, a story thread stipulated that Osea intended to achieve a degree of political influence on the Usean continent for reasons Bamco didn't bother to explore much, which lead to the first Usean Continental War, then the second after Ulysses hit. So either way, there is a possibility that this time around, the story would probably be colder and more cynical as it attempts to explore how the two corporations started to gain extreme amounts of political and economic influence to the point where the actual governments found on both the Osean and Usean continents became completely irrelevant. The only thing that can be said from all of this is that, the devs need to start hauling ass and rewrite the entire history of Strangereal if they're ever gonna make the setting make any sense again. The geopolitics of the eras that the AC games covers is extremely interesting as it clearly shows that the world of Strangereal is heavily lacking in resources and that the fragmentation of Ulysses impacted the world in such a way so as to cause massive wars over resources. The various nation states and states use the opportunity of Strangereal's 1990s to quickly take hold of as much land as possible amidst the chaos and panic, with after effects lingering well into 2050. Probably why Grunder and EASA began to have such immense influence in the first place

Just my musings... But thinking of the geopolitical situation of Strangeral... The way the polities on the Usean continent are structured, it's almost as if most of the land is uninhabited, with population centers concentrating almost exclusively at the coasts, which suggests either very small states or city-states in of themselves. ISAF most closely resembles a confederation created amidst Ulysses and the Continental Wars.

i seriously hope that they return to the strange real universe, and this game has nothing to do with infinity universe. infinity wasn´t bad, but i prefer the starange real setting. hopefully, i expect that this game will cover the 20 years of gap from ace combat x to ace combat 3...

I've only played ace combat 5 and infinity, so what little I know about this game's story comes from there, however I didn't really get much done in infinity. I wish I knew more because this series is like watching a really addictive anime. Assault horizon was a big disappointment for me, so I don't count it.
